Property was just as described. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. Close enough to the ski lifts that we walked. Will definitely come back in the summer if it’s available.

This condo is on 3rd floor so be prepared to get your steps in. It’s an easy walk to the ski area. Or you can use the shuttle. Bring your white noise machine because the loft has 4 beds but is open to area below. It’s tight inside but does sleep 10 as stated. Needs some updating but for a quick ski trip we all enjoyed it.

Property is described accurately and pretty close to the lifts. A shuttle runs through the neighborhood. The check in and out was effortless. Very satisfied with the rental. Thanks.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It fit perfectly for what we needed.

The condo worked great for our group of 4 adults. We had a couple of minor issues upon check-in, but Rick was very quick to respond and the issues were resolved. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend the condo to our family and friends.

Our property manger decided to wait one hour before our check in too let us know that our rental would not be ready! Would not recommend booking!!

This is a great little ski condo, a very short walk or shuttle ride to the lifts. We found it well-stocked, which always makes travel so much more enjoyable. The living spaces and kitchen are cozy; the sleeping spaces are spacious. Great communication experience with the owner. This was a perfect place to stay for my family of 7 while we enjoyed a few days of skiing at Angel Fire.

This condo was great for four adults, two teenagers, and two young kids. Updated very nicely! Had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for 10 people. Wish it was a bit closer to the resort, but we managed.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at Angel Fire. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Be sure to bring toilet paper and paper towels. A bit of a walk to the shuttle stop on ski boots, carrying gear. But still very convenient location.

GREAT: - FULLY-stocked kitchen was incredibly convenient and made dinner every night something to look forward to. We brought our own pots, pans, spices, and dishes but didn't need any of it because there was more than enough dinnerware, silverware, and cooking utensils to cook everything from noodle soup to hot chocolate! - We enjoyed the modern furniture, as well as the VERY clean living space—spotless when we arrived! It made the stay even more comfortable and we looked forward to resting in this cozy-modern condo each night after a long day of skiing. - Greatly appreciated how the cabin was stocked with amenities—two TVs, an Xbox (the boys enjoyed playing each night), pretty speedy Wi-fi, linens and towels, a drawer full of miscellaneous necessities (batteries, scissors, a sewing kit, etc.), a guitar, and a great fireplace. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: - The dining area could be brighter—it was a little dim with only the ceiling fan + floor lamp in the living room. Some lightbulbs in the bathrooms and loft were also out of commission, but we managed quite well and the lighting ultimately did not deter from the quality of our stay overall.
