Exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and good value for money. Very good soundproofing, very convenient for the airport.

Good solid experience. Super helpful team at check-in who were very friendly and accomodating. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you would need.

The electronic key system didn't work so they had to come and let me into my room. but they were very apologetic.

Wybrałyśmy się z siostrą do Londynu po raz pierwszy. Hotel naprawdę bardzo dobry - czysty, zadbany, a personel bardzo miły i zawsze pomocny. Jedyny mankament, którego teraz - po pobycie się można przyczepić to lokalizacja. Aby dostać się do centrum Londynu na zwiedzanie, trzeba było pokonać godzinną trasę albo autokarami GreenLine albo dużo droższą opcją - kolejką. Teraz jak jesteśmy już mądrzejsze i bardziej zorientowane to następny pobyt w Londynie pewnie zaplanujemy w hotelach Holiday, aczkolwiek w innej lokalizacji, tak żeby dojazdy nie pochłaniały dużo czasu, a co najważniejsze dużo pieniędzy :)

Furniture is very old. Rooms are not cleaned good enough. It’s cold inside and not cozy. I wanted to make a tea but it’s rust inside. U need to wait for hot water 30 mins to rake shower. At the afternoon chef went home and it was impossibile to order food till diner.

La chambre famille plutôt petite et les lits minuscules (140 pour les adultes), très petit canapé convertible pour les enfants. Heureusement nous n’y avons dormi que quelques heures car levés à 03:30 pour prendre notre avion.

It was close to the airport. The restaurant meals were lovely.

The shower didn't drain quickly enough and the water seeped out onto the bathroom floor. The carpet outside the bathroom door was already wet when we arrived.

THE PILLOWS WERE NOT SO GOOD AND IT WAS NOISY AND SMALL ROOM

I was charged a more expensive price than Bookings.com had guaranteed. When I brought it up with reception, they couldn’t explain why and I found receptionist unhelpful. Following morning I asked for a toothbrush, they had none available which seems poor for an airport hotel who would regularly have have guests staying experiencing unexpected travel delays like myself

Nearly everything.... just the parking.

The parking arrangements were confusing, aggressive, hostile and a nightmare. You probably have my extensive emails about it, which took up HOURS of my time after I had returned to England. It really took away so much of the goodwill I was feeling towards your hotel. The idea that GBP 100 (that I was not aware of) is an appropriate "penalty" for ME misunderstanding your complicated parking tariffs and conditions beggars belief. Your staff took my GBP 44 for four days' and nights' parking, so that should have been the end of it. In case you don't understand a small enterprise, I'd need to achieve another 2,000 GBP in sales turnover, to generate a surplus GBP 100. Thus GBP 100 is a disproportionate penalty.

The team on the reception desk, and in the restaurant were first class and five stars! I have worked & stayed in some of the worlds most exclusive hotels and resorts and I was impressed. They were warm, helpful and accommodating. The care they showed felt genuine. Someone is doing a very good job of finding great people, and keeping them! When I arrived I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. Then I went to my room and it was one with an adjacent door which I am always freaked out by (yes I know I am weird) and it smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. I went downstairs and spoke to Joshua and he showed instant empathy and moved me without any quibbles. Then I was happy and felt secure. The team in the restaurant were just absolutely delightful..! Eating alone is always an interesting experience, I rather like it, have my book and just want to be fed and left alone. The team seemed to sense this, and that's exactly what happened and yet whenever I needed someone they just appeared! Intuitive service at its best. Who would have thought I would find all this at a hotel at Luton airport. I'd love to know who the GM is and what the secret is..!!

Honestly it's picky but the parking spaces were a bit tight.. yes that's all I can pick on. Oh, and actually the mash that went with the beef bourguignon was too sloppy, more a pomme puree than a mash.

Excellent stay They offer take away breakfast which it excellent idea for travellers

It ticked all the boxes. Facilities excellent, staff were lovely, very obliging and helpful. Hotel was very well located for the airport. I would definatly recommend it.
