We go to Angourie every year as a family and we couldn’t have been happier with Andrew’s place! Good location. Easy to check in and everything you need for a nice getaway. Classic beach holiday home!

Great location, layout, clean and everything was thought of. We've been coming to Angourie for 7 years and this is by far the best place we've stayed. I wish I could keep it a secret. Already looking forward to next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Angourie, amazing dog friendly beaches, surfing, offshore fishing and golf all right on your door step and yet out of town enough to ignore the world completely if you want to!

We were very happy to have great sea views and plenty of space. Garage for our car. Sea close by. Sadly could not get the stove to work. Otherwise good. We will visit again.

The location is great if you want to just relax and enjoy the natural surrounds. The house was ok. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who needs to avoid stairs. I was surprised that we had to drive to Yamba to buy bath soap as none supplied. There is cafe nearby but no other shops so be prepared to spend a bit of time in Yamba which is a short drive away. Host was quick to reply to queries.

Everything we wanted

Andrew's place is spacious, relaxing and comfortable. It has a great outlook with coastal bush and sea views and is positioned perfectly to take advantage of Angourie's surroundings. We were able to take our pooch and although there is no yard it wasn't a problem with the park across the road. Some reviews have mentioned the place is a little outdated but it just makes it easier to relax in as far as we're concerned. Thanks for accommodating us Andrew. We didn't want to leave!

you cant beat the location oft his property. Close to the best Angourie has to offer. we have stayed at this property a few years ago and would stay here again

Likes: Very cool groovy property with fantastic views, Wi Fi and smart TV - fridge was HUGE - huge bathrooms and bedrooms as well and lots of pantry space. Very clean with lots of necessities included. Areas of opportunity. GIANT smart TV sound is going. and for luddites like us, the stove instructions, even when you google them, don't tell you that the clock has to be set to operate the oven. Lucky some friends smarter than us visited and sorted that. Unit door has number one on it, and yes, the directions specifically take you to it, but it is advertised as unit 4. A bit confusing as a start. Lots of warnings about parties and noise, so we were really stressed about having some friends for a quiet lunch, but ironically one of the "valued" neighbours mentioned in the warnings, used a drop saw right beside us the whole stay - clearly renovations, but didn't even get a break from it on the weekend. Would definitely stay there again having said the above.

We had a wonderful week at Andrews place. It is in a great location, so close to several beaches. Also quiet. The kitchen has all you need with new appliances. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as shown in the photos it was just what we expected for a few nights stay.

Angourie exceeded our expectations. The property is perfectly located to experience the beauty and tranquility of the place and within a short walk to a terrific restaurant and cafe. Yamba with all its amenities is a short drive away. The property is fit for purpose as a beach house.

This was our second stay in this group of large, airy apartments across the road from beautiful Spookys beach, Angourie Point and the famous Blue Pool. The apartment is airy and very spacious, with fantastic high ceilings on the main living level. It has amazing ocean and park views and a cool sea breeze - the deck is large and shady, perfect for BBQs and sunset drinks. The kitchen has all the basics - plus a good blender for smoothies & cocktails! - the furnishings are basic but adequate for a beach holiday. Our host was friendly and quick to respond if we had a question. The single garage downstairs was good for storing beach stuff, and the outdoor tap and hoses helpful for washing off after the beach. Our only issue was that the dining table was very small with only 4 chairs, and we had 5 people! (And the apartment sleeps 6+) It was only a problem when it was windy and rainy; we ate on the deck most of the time anyway. This place is really all about the location - 1-2 minutes walk to the stunning beach, the park, Blue Pool, and a FANTASTIC Italian restaurant and separate café literally around the corner. (The café opens 6:30am and does great healthy food and coffee, while the restaurant is dinners only - with amazing service, food and cocktails.) A highlight was swimming with dolphins on the first morning. We also loved walking through the beautiful forest to get to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Angourie Beach House and hope to return. We loved the covered deck overlooking the ocean. Close to beaches and an easy walk around Angourie. Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and the spacious property. The house is a bit dated but was clean, had all the necessary amenities and Andrew was great to deal with during the stay. Definitely recommend for a low key vacation especially as Angourie is such a beautiful place (especially for surfers).

Angourie Beach House is in a great location, very close to the beach with views over the trees to the ocean. Beautiful aspect and so warm as the sun streams in. It’s got all the things you need and functions well as a beach holiday house. A few things could go with an update but overall it’s a great place to stay at a lovely location.

Enjoyed our stay immensely, though it rained the whole time!

we absolutely loved our stay but....bedroom arrangements not described fully in listing. shows all double beds and doesn't mention the bunks. the second double bedroom is an open loft above the open kitchen/living area. access to the property is via very steep steeps/garden path. very pretty, people should be warned.dishwasher broke down. Oven doesn't work properly. dining table only seats 4, but house accommodates 8. this really needs fixing.The listing also says golf course front! not that we were interested.Nevertheless, we would stay there again - so breezy and beautiful with great ocean views
