This was the perfect getaway! The property was the perfect size, very clean, and the host was very friendly. The shops and restaurants were in walking distance.

This is our fourth stay here! Wonderful efficient mini one bedroom With full kitchen and nice large bathroom. The apartment is in excellent shape and super super clean.Plus the host lives on site and is wonderful. Best part is how easy it is to walk straight into the heart of Greenport from the house, Just two blocks away.And he has 2 units here, so you can travel with friends, and both get your own unit in the same house.Highly recommend!

I found the property to be exceptional. The apartment is spotless! The location is a block from restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. I felt VERY safe walking. John, who lives at the property, was a superior host being very responsive to every question I had before and during my trip. He's a friendly guy too.
The unit has everything to cook in or you can walk to tons of restaurants. We liked Noahs for a retirement party. We bought groceries at the market just of couple of blocks away. And, that worked out great.
The house is very old but it is remodeled very nicely. The private entrance to the unit is toward the back of the house and you have to walk up a flight of stairs but that was not a problem. I hardly heard any noise. The street is very private.
Wi-Fi worked great. Air conditioning also worked great. We had a difficult time finding an Uber.
I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future, as a matter of fact, it would be the first one I would request to rent.
My first time using Evolve and it was perfect.

This was our 2nd stay in John’s efficient apartment. The location cannot be beat, and it’s sparkling clean. He is readily available and here at communicating. Great value. We can’t wait until next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greenport. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. We could walk everywhere in town in just a couple of minutes.

This apartment is the perfect size for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable, the towels fluffy, and the kitchen well equipped. It’s an easy walk downtown and John’s restaurant recommendations were extremely helpful.
The only issue we had was with the smart TV which did not want to interact with our Apple phones or IPads. I think Android users will be ok with it.

I took a girls trip with my friend out to Greenport and our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was very clean, quiet, and spacious for the two of us.
My favorite part was how close it was to everything. The neighborhood was absolutely lovely and John was a great host. We asked if we could sit in the backyard to read (coming from NYC we always try to take advantage of fresh air) and he put some chairs out for us which was very nice!
We will 100% be visiting Greenport again and will undoubtedly book this rental again.

Greenport Getaway
We had a wonderful 2 nights in John’s Greenport apt. It was the perfect last minute find that made our weekend possible. The apt was comfortable and clean, with easy keyless entry. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything. John was a gracious host, and we enjoyed the opportunity to meet him. We hope to return for many more stays.

Overall a great weekend. The TV is funky as we could only get netflix and no local or national stations. The host was very welcoming and Greenport is a nice charming town with lots to offer.

Great Getaway Weekend!
This quiet and private property met our high expectations! It was extremely clean, well stocked, and organized. Great location for walking to waterfront, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Nice private side porch for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Would highly recommend this property for a beach trip or wine tour.

Great Location in The 'New' Greenport
Had a great stay with tips from the owner on restaurants and lounges. Billy's on the Bay not to be missed.
The Greenport I knew from 30 years ago no longer exists with new upscale amenities.
No nregatives at all for this rental! We would return.

Great property. We enjoyed our stay as the apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed how much was in walking distance in terms of parks, restaurants, coffee spots, etc. would recommend!
