La baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas la baie vitrée qui coulisse mal l accès à la plage fermé a partir du 1 octobre

Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée à minuit. On arrivait tout droit de Merzouga on a voyagé toute la journée du coup pour nous c'était le luxe de se retrouver au Mogador... ( on voyage sac à dos et à petit budget moi et mon fils de 12 ans )le buffet petit déjeuner est top. On a eu le droit à un surclassement en suite junior vue sur mer. La vue est magnifique, la chambre très spacieuse. Un grand merci à eux. La plage avec accès direct top pour la baignade en sortant directement en costume de bain et linge sans devoir prendre d'affaires.

La piscine intérieure est payante à la demi heure. 300 DH les 30 min pour les 2 alors que c'est pas noté sur le site Booking. C'est vrai que l'hôtel est un peu défraîchi comme dit sur de nombreux commentaires mais franchement on est content de ne trop s'y être arrêté dessus parce que nous avons passé un bon séjour reposant pour terminer notre voyage. La piscine extérieure un peu sale malgré tous leurs efforts pour la nettoyer. Ils y étaient à plusieurs chaque matin.

Front desk woman ( don't know the name but had glasses ) should be working at a tol post somewhere near the Sahara dessert... damn what a non suitable person in hospitality that was....

Hotel is very outdated, and should undergo a complete and full restoration.. I think they stole a few stars from their neighbors Mövenpick.

The views were out of this world

The staff were lazy and had to wait for ages for anything. Everything seemed to be a problem even though there was hardly anyone about .. Room service was a ball ache and they were rude and quiet, unacomadating

I wanted to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Grand Mogador - Tangier. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations, and I believe it is crucial to bring these issues to anyone wants to book there in the future. Firstly, I must address the matter of food hygiene and safety. The food served at the hotel was noticeably unclean, leading to a distressing situation where my two children fell ill after consuming it. This is an extremely concerning issue, as it poses a significant health risk to the guests. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was highly unsatisfactory. The pool was not adequately cleaned, and the water appeared dirty and murky. It is crucial for a hotel to maintain clean and well-maintained swimming facilities to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Additionally, the temperature of the water was far from comfortable. I had to end my holiday earlier than planned and i didn't even get a refund from the hotel regarding the nights i did not stay.
