Un peu difficile d’accès, on se perd facilement dans les petites ruelles de la médina!

Everything was amazing!! The staff there is exceptional. Fatiha and the gentlemen will take very good care of you

The only suggestion I’d make is to have a mini fridge in the room. With Marrakech reaching up to 45 degrees, it’s important to have a place where we can store cool water. Otherwise everything was great

Great hotel right in the middle of Marrakech. It’s like an oasis amidst the chaos.

I think they could make more of the rooftop bar in the evenings

Very friendly staff. Great dinner in the evening. Lovely pool to dip in for cooling down. Very central location in Marrakech. Nice sun deck on the top floor

Our family room was very very small. We could not even put our luggage down. After 3 days we were very happy to get out! The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, they never started prepping in time and it was not very hygienic with birds and no tools for taking stuff ( to much chaos and not enough staff to prepare )

Just wonderful - lovely staff - the riad was beautifully refurbished and very clean.. I will definitely come back there

the location was great. I could walk to any place I wanted, but just far enough that it was peaceful. All staff were friendly and willing to answer all of my crazy questions! They were attentive and helpful on safety tips, shopping tips and places to visit.

Great location. Central (within the larger Jemaa el Fna area) yet tucked away so is peaceful and quiet. Amazing lovely staff Fresh breakfast - not large selection but was more than enough for us Beautiful decor Comfortable beds and pillows (high memory foam)

Needs hooks in the bathroom Remember that it's a riad, so no tv/kitchen facilities, and must be quiet after 10pm as the noise echoes

Everything was absolutly perfect imagine that u are staying in a traditional riad like in the movies with trees and fountain inside,the riad is very clean,the traditional maroccan food is very good an tasty..dont forget to try it..the riad team are special persons who do everything to have a very nice and pleasant stay,they give us all the informations we need it for having a nice stay in Marrakesch!!Thanks for all Fatiha and Fath..and all of you...i dont know your names..For sure we will remember our visit in Marocco thanks of all of you!!!🤗😊Hope to see eachother soon at Riad al Rimal!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The Riad was peaceful and tranquil and had everything we needed. The location was very central too!

The location was very central, but to get to the Riad you had to go through some back street alleys which was a little eerie at night time.

It was our first visit to Marrakesh, the location was perfect, the staff was so friendly and always looked after us from the moment we arrived. They organised taxi pick up and drop off to airport, nice dinner made on the night we arrived, breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed and Pillows, shower pressure was great, traditional Marrocan decor was really nice. Air conditioning working perfectly. We also enjoyed massage treatment and jacuzzi was great relax after day tours. Also have to mention it was my birthday and I got flowers with my breakfast with Happy birthday note from all the staff :)

Our second stay here. We really liked it. It is good value for money and is very well situated. Lovely staff!

Very accommodating staff and the facilities are nice and clean. The breakfast was in the beautiful courtyard and was plentiful. Plan on staying again.

Excellent hotel in a central location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and we made use of the rooftop for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend

Maybe a little more detail for directions. Its through an arch and then some walkways/little tunnels

The location could not have been better, just off the square. On arrival we were met by a happy friendly face. We were given the famous Mint Tea, this was amazing just what was needed after the journey. We were shown to our room, this was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good different things each morning. The staff were so friendly and always had a smile for you. It had a beautiful roof top with tables and chairs and even a hot tub.

you can hear all the other guests in they room (upstairs), if you have a different biological clock u have to take an upper floor room.
