Property is overdue for a makeover. It is little dated and worn out.

Update fixtures, bathroom facilities and floor coverings.

Where do I begin? The staff was indifferent to guests their mobile phone conversation was more important. The guy that was there the day we arrived would not move his car to make it easy for us to park in our spot. Inside the room, it was filthy with used unwashed towels that looked second-hand from a painter's shop. The shower was filthy, and all benchtops were dusty. There was only one lounge chair and it had only 3 legs. The aircon didn't work and the windows didn't shut making us worried about our gear. We decided to have an early night but couldn't get any sleep because the night manager was yelling into his mobile in the next room. It was only when I banged on the wall he shut up. But then did he...he took the conversation outside and continued till late in the evening. The room smelled of dogs.

Perfect location for us as we were traveling further, Booked to stay again in May on our way through.

Glen Innes is a lovely old town with all necessary amenities. Pleasant motel in a quiet street. Plenty of food options within a short driving distance.

This is a great little motel. Great value for money. Nice touch providing provisions for toast for breakfast. Outdoor area for BBQ was comfortable. Everything was adequate for a one night stay. We walked into town for a look around so not too far out.

Fly screen didn't fit windows properly so a few bugs got in.

Friendly management. The front office had a very warm feel about it. The room was terrific value for money, I really can't fault at all. The town itself was lovely and some of the best food we've ever had.

Nothing. I really can't dind any faults.

Breakfast was basic. We were fine with bread ( for toasting) but it was nowhere near fresh, and not enough butter supplied to spread well.

There was a substantial amount of mould on the bathroom ceiling, also main room curtains were in need of repair and cleaning.
