Location was perfectly between the sea and the food court (fantastic choice here). The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable! WiFi was strong everywhere. Breakfast options were great. Able to hire scooter easily

super lovely staff full of smiles. hotel decor really great and colourful. they’ve also created lovely spaces to hang out around the pool and bar. nice to stay somewhere with some personality. situated right next door to a fab food court with so much choice for places to eat and drink. we ate both nights there. hotel organised us a scooter for the day so we could go to the seahorse beach, and then into Phan Thiet and also out to the dunes.

beach (sea) is difficult to reach ( actually there is no beach).

It’s a beautiful hotel, from the moment you walk in there you feel calm and relaxed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything gets done in minutes, booking a bike, a tour any information you need. The food at the restaurant so delicious I enjoyed every meal. Good location with lot’s to see and do around.

The management of the facility leaves a bit to be desired. The staff do not look happy and the manager is very harsh with them - which is a shame as they work very hard. Be careful of the water policy as not very clear - says it is free but they do charge.

The hotel is still exceptionally well decorated with comfy beds and everything working well in the room. The balconies also have stunning views of the ocean and the pool is nice even if a little cold. The daytime staff were very nice.

Unfortunately due to poor communication and behavior by the owner staff, I think this will be the last time we go back. Firstly the restaurant was closed in the evenings, this was never communicated. One of the reasons we chose to stay here and not a resort is because we have a small baby and knew the restaurant could cater for most of our needs. Not having it in the evening made things more difficult. This was then worse when we asked for food at 3.30PM and they told us they had closed the restaurant (even though it should be open until 5PM). This we found out was for the owners private party starting way later. This party had extremely loud music which made trying to have a quiet sit on our balcony (one of the things we were most looking forward to) impossible. Then it was difficult to question when the party would end as the night receptionist was having a pool party with his male friends all drinking beer and being threatening when approached. The party would not have been an issue had we been informed. I am disappointed that when tourism needs rebuilding owners decide to behave like this rather than providing communication and the experience that is needed. Another reason to avoid this area.

I love everything here, location, decorations, the staff and especially the vibe. 20m (1min walk) to the beautiful sunset bar, where the most smiling staff's working. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Super clean room and good food. Pool is clean and well integrated in the outside area. I also really liked the nice paintings all over the place 👍
