El desayuno en un lugar muy frio (dias lluviosos) no colocaron las cortinas de plastico q usualmente las colocan. La habitacion muy fria y con poca iluminacion

Siempre que voy a Santa cruz me alojo en los tajibos, es una belleza su piscina y entorno. Las camas son buenisimas, excelente servicio y se come muy bien en el restaurant. Es un excelente hotel.

cambiaron la carta del restaurant, le agregaria verduras al desayuno.

Goed en uitgebreid buffet ontbijt met kok die ter plaatse verse omeletten klaarmaakt.

Tevoren aangegeven dat wij gebruik wilden maken van de vliegveldshuttle. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld van Santa Cruz Viru Viru bleek er geen shuttle aanwezig te zijn. Noodgedwongen taxi naar het hotel genomen. Kregen van de receptie een vage verklaring dat de aanvraag van de shuttle “te laat was ontvangen”. Onzin, want de aanvraag was gedaan tegelijkertijd met de reservering.

Está muy usado le vendría bien un lavado de cara por lo demás, estupendo!

Muito agradável, bem localizado, bom atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. Ideal para famílias com filhos pequenos.

Achei uma barata no quarto. Tem mosquitos em todo local, talvez devido à grande área arborizada do hotel

Great facilities, most of the staff were very kind. Very good breakfast.

I had mixed experiences during my stay. Some members of the personal were very kind and helpful while others were rude. Those who were rude approached me in several occasions constantly asking if I was a guest or not. This might be ok, if they were asking everyone about this, but those members of the personal were targeting me because of the way I look like. I am a typical tanned Latin-American person. American/European guests were never asked the questions I was asked. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe guests must be treated equally regardless how they look like. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. It worked randomly.
