Great hotel with everything you need and great seating in the lobby and outdoor spaces. This is my 6th visit to this masterpiece.

Great value hotel. Best location. Sea view room is the best.

Buffet dinner could be better. Main dishes are usually cold.

We stayed at this hotel off-season so it was reasonably quiet. The staff was very courteous and very attentive to COVID19-curbing measures/hygiene. It was also very good value for money.

The spa facilities could do with an upgrade and were also very shabby (cleaning tools left lying in the hamam etc). It is not what I'd expect from a five star hotel. The suite in which we stayed did not have sufficient lighting to my tastes.

the rooms were clean enough. location and the sea is perfect.

we have asked 4 times to put single beds together it worked only after 5th time which means a day. there had to be an extra bed for our 6 year old but it never came. The spa is open but they require reservation for 2 hours use of spa and it's fully booked since it only has capacity for 30 people while the hotel was almost full of people. they only granted us for the dinner and breakfast hours. they claimed this is a covid19 procaution but we were not involved prior to our arrival. variaty of open buffet was allright but the quality was avarage and sometimes below avarage. We'd expect more from this hotel since we have stayed previously and had better experience.

Please , i stay Third time in the hotel...., but: Pool is so Cold that is impossibel to swim and relax. I like and love your hotel. Come back asap.
