Das Frühstück ist ausreichend bestückt und es wurde immer flott ausgegangenes aufgefüllt. Es wird lfd. geputzt.
Terrasse hatte eine gute Größe.
Strand war sauber, Liegen, Fahrräder und Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffen.
Das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum ist etwas "kühl" - liegt hauptsächlich an den Plastikstühlen.
Unser Zimmer war extra klein. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse ist auch eher klein wenn man z. Bsp. etwas spielen möchte.

Zimmer mit Balkon sehr schön. In 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Frühstück ausgiebig und hat gut geschmeckt. Super Kaffee. Personal hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung passt. Werden wieder kommen.
WLAN könnte besser sein.

1 A Lage am Strand, Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl und frischen Obst. Pesonal spricht deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels (direkt am Strand, jedoch ein bisschen abseits des Zentrums) gefiel uns sehr gut. In 10 Gehninuten erreicht man die Altstadt von Caorle. Möchte man zum Strand, so gibt es Hoteleigene Liegen und Schirme (im Zimmerpreis inkludiert) geradeaus vom Hotel raus zum Strand in Wassernähe. Unser Dreibettzimmer war für 3 Nächte groß genug und in 2 Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt, worauf wir großen Wert gelegt haben. Die Qualität und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Ein Parkplatz ist ebenso im Zimmerpreis inkludiert und befindet sich entweder im Innenhof des Hotels (6 Parkplätze), ansonsten auf einem großen Hotelparkplatz 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Für das Ein- und Ausladen kann man max. 30 Minuten vor dem Hotel parken - sehr gut! Ebenso konnte man sich Fahrräder gratis beim Hotel ausleihen.

Extremely friendly staff, location is perfect (next to beach) and proximity to City center. You get place on the beach for you and umbrella and sunbeds. On top of that there you can use bicycles and explore beautiful Caorle and its surroundings (there is nice 8km bicycle track). We will definitely come back!

Breakfast is outstanding. Wide variety of quality foods. Staff is very helpful. Parking solved very well. Good services. Umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 sunchair for each room. Ours was in first close, closest to sea. Free bikes to use.
One of the last on 'hotel street', so little bit further from downtown. Very-very pricy.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. Loved all the gluten-free options and the Illy coffee!

We loved the sea view, room is small but really well and modern equipped, bed was confortable. The best attitude of the staff and delicious breakfast. Also pizzas and drinks from the restaurant were delicious, fully recommend.
very poor noise isolation between floors (we heard literally everything above us). Impossible to sleep with air condition on (fan very strong even on the lowest speed and it blows directly on the bed), also quite noisy street in front of the hotel with night performances (till midnight) so you can't sleep with open window either. But i guess this is a toll of a hotel on the promenade with the sea view :)

Fantastic breakfast with daily changing food - also high quality things like (cold) roast beef, vitello tonato, italian ham, handmade cakes and more.
Staff was very friendly, location directly at the Beach.
Rooms are quite small (check the room description during booking process), but for a few nights completely ok.

Great, almost family atmosphere; the personal, incl. Managers are very, very friendly, supportive, all day long present (!), welcoming, and helping with each and every issue. Fabulous breakfast! Very good selection, fresh, tasty, creative. Just excellent. And.. everything absolutely clean.
Also, we liked rand enjoyed ental bikes for free, family room, beach just in front of the house..

It was really nice stay, espacially breakfast and nice owners.
Only one thing: position of the AC was completaly wrong. Each position of the fan went directly to the beds.

The staff is fabulous, they made us feel very welcome. Great restaurant, and lovely breakfast buffet. Across the street from the beach with its section of umbrellas. Close walk into town- the town has great shopping and restaurants.

Beds were comfortable, AC very good, very friendly staff (especially owners), practical parking space, good barfood, exceptional breakfast, specially for a 3 star hotel (antipasti etc.).

Excellent breakfast; renovated airy building; very friendly and accommodating staff; beach-front location; parking in reasonable distance (200 meter); spectacular scenic elevator; everything spotlessly clean.
The rooms are very small - even if well equipped. We had a family room (three beds), but it was difficult to move around the modern, but bulky furniture. Also, noise isolation is not ideal
