We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it for a tropical vacation. Our only 2 quibbles are there was no umbrella to use at the beach and we learned we needed to reapply sunscreen every hour to prevent a burn. The other issue was the electric keypad on the exterior door stopped working but we were provided a key to use instead. The electric keypad was malfunctioning in a weird way that caused it to unlock itself. So we’d go to sleep with a locked door and wake up to an unlocked one. Management was quick to respond once we realized the issue in our last day so hopefully that has been resolved.

The location of the villa was PERFECT! The beaches NEVER filled with people nor did the pools. We had such calm privacy and it was NOT off season! We ate at the resort most days but easily Uber’d to all of the cool sites and recommended restaurants when we wanted. The Villa was grand! So beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The showers were wonderful and the balcony and beds were awesome. 10/10 would come again!

This was a wonderful location with beautiful views and the apartment was lovely and modern. The property had all the amenities for the beach/pool (floatie, boogie board, beach toys, and beach chairs) and a well-stocked kitchen - super helpful when traveling with children. The hosts were so responsive, the staff at Ocean Villas were great, and it was nice to have access to the Wyndham restaurants/cafes while still going back to the quieter pools on this property. You're close to some fun places for outings such as El Yunque and Loquillo beach. Highly recommend this spot - we will be back!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a worry free beach trip. First, the pictures are 100% accurate. Second, the location can’t be beat. It’s a quick 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the Wyndham resort where you can enjoy their restaurants/coffee shop and we were easily able to get a taxi there when needed. Note, if we had been able to rent a car that would fit the 6 of us we would have, it definitely would have been more convenient and easy to get around. Third, you feel like you are staying in a place that the hosts live in, which means amenities are better than average and more than just salt and pepper are provided. Please don’t hesitate to book this place!

Easy to rent and communication was great. The condo is as pictured - clean, updated with everything you need including coolers for the beach. Awesome location by the beach and rainforest and next to the Wyndham resort. We had a wonderful spring break vacation!

My family was looking for quiet escape--warm sunshine, beachfront, quiet--but with access to restaurants. Villa Acqua was the PERFECT place for us! We loved absolutely every minute of our stay! Vimarie was great with pre-trip communications and was super helpful throughout our stay.62 The villa was so beautiful inside and the views from every room where stunning! Everything was so neat, clean and organized it may our stay so easy! We had plenty of room to spread out and the 2 bedrooms with private baths allowed everyone plenty of 2privacy and space. Having a fully equipped kitchen was key so we could have breakfast and snacks without leaving the villa. The pools were just outside the villa and had plenty of chairs amd space for all guests and the access to the beach was super convenient. For the beach they had beach chairs, plenty of towels and a cooler in the villa. Both the beach and pool were so close that it made it easy to pop up to the villa when we needed to.6336 The sunrise on the beach was spectacular --except the bugs did take a liking to me (my husband and daughter were fine)---bring some bug repellent if bugs like you like they like me! After I started using the spray I was fine--just a tip! The Wyndham resort next door was convenient to walk to. Great to grab a morning coffee or quick bite at the Roots To-Go. The resort pool bars were not exactly our crowd which was fine as we were looking for quiet beach time. All areas of the resort took credit cards but not cash. We also ventured out of the resort for a few meals--Ritchies up on the hill was great! AMAZING VIEWS! Great service and Mofongo with the creamy garlic sauce was amazing! We also tried the Mexican restaurant, Dos Panza--great margs the food was good too. We enjoyed getting off the resort and enjoying the local flavor. If you're looking quiet and beautiful, this is your place!

From the moment we booked the communication was amazing and they would respond to any request instantly whether it was 6AM or 11:30PM. We ended up loving it so much we extended our trip while there. The villa is immaculate and perfect for families. Everything was recently updated and they had coolers, chairs, floats, everything you need for the beach. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable and cannot say enough good things about the villa and the staff. We will certainly be back.

We had an amazing time, great placed to stay and felt very safe. We loved that we never had to fight for chairs by the pool and the pool was never crowded. The beach was right there. Very relaxing and loved Puerto Rico!!!

First day a bit confuse to get to the place, once check in is easy and simple to go around the area, gated community, very safe.

My parents have lived at Rio Mar for the past 40 winters. We always try and visit them once a winter. This time we did a ‘family’ vacation with 11 of us. My sister and I needed a place to stay that was close to my parents Villa and the rest of our family. Your condo was perfect!!! So close to everything and everyone (as we were all spread out in different condos in Rio Mar) I will be renting from you again....loved everything about your rental property....thank you for everything. The owner took great care in making sure everything was right in this unit. Pictures do not do it justice. They supply full bottles of quality shampoo, conditioner, body soap, soap, cooler, 9 beach towels, 9 bath towels, 2 beach bags, beach JBL speaker, hotel supplies beach chairs, 4 USB charger port at bedside. The owners attention to detail is amazing. I only have one complaint. We did not rent the whole unit, only 1 bedroom without kitchen and use of other bedroom, unfortunately the iron was in the other bedroom. I wished there was one in our bedroom as well. We would definitely rent this unit again hands down. Thank you for a great trip at your resort. We also booked a tour with East Island Excursions and they did a fantastic job. Cap’t Carlos, Barbara, Sergio, Osvaldo, and Javier were very attentive, making sure we didn’t need for anything. Food was abundance and delicious. So glad they served sandwiches, chips, pasta and fruit. Nice light meal for our boat trip. Thanks so much to everyone for a great vacation. Ladies in the office are helpful and easy to talk too. Code for entry into our room was made in such a way it was very GRS to forget. Will definitely come and stay here again!!

We loved this property! We will be returning! Loved the hanging chair on the porch and all the beach equipment.
