Location

There were ants in the kitchen and the corridor.

The host was very kind, assisted with the luggage and provided very useful information. The location is amazing right next to the garden and city centre. The accommodation is very accessible, located on the first floor. There are toys for the kids including sand toys and a beach umbrella. There was a solid matres provided for the baby cot, which was amazing

The apartment was not clean - there was fur on the floors, the bathroom also needed additional cleaning, thankfully there was cleaning supplies. The furniture is very outdated, the matres in the master bedroom is damaged - there are springs coming out of the mattress pockets and whenever you turn there is a very strong noise - it woke the baby every single time when someone turned. The washing machine is not working properly, which was very inconvenient as we needed it for the baby clothes. There are mosquito nets on only 2 windows, which makes most of the windows/doors unusable, as there are a lot of insects.

The host is a very kind person. He will show you around the city and show you interesting places. The apartment is very close to the park, restsurants and the beach.

The washing maschine does not work as it should, does not spin, the clothes are all wet.

Nice, spacious apartment in a most comfortable central location.

The location is great and the host is very keen to help and give the best advice on where to go and what to do.

The place is a bit old fashioned, but that’s just a question of taste 😉

Recommendations from the owner upon arrival for the places around were on spot, size of the apartment, price per person, location of the property, allowance of pets. The hosts were nice enough to allow us despite booking for 2 people to stay 4 without initial notice, even that the price at the time of booking was the same, but still I count this as benefit.

It is not well maintained - it was not very clean upon arrival(except sheets), furniture and appliances are outdated. The whole property needs renovation and it will be much nicer. For a 11 day stay cleaning and amenities refill are not included in the price. The terrace with the oven was smelling like fried in first few days. Initially I wouldn't choose the place if I didn't need same location and that was the only one available for my dates allowing pets, the price was also very attractive. Anyhow I wouldn't probably visit again

The furniture in the apartment is little old. It will be better to refresh the apartment.

Great place in the center of Burgas, clean, comfortable. First floor, easy access, always available parking spot infront of the bulding. Air conditioning in every room.

The WiFi was pretty bad. The signal is almost not-existened in the small bedroom and even if there is a signal, the speed is very slow, not even sufficient for YouTube.
