Table with chairs inside and outside apartment, nice patio too. Excellent host which is also the owner.

Mattresses bit hard - not a major problem., A drying cloth for dishes at coffee station would be nice. Nothing further not to like.

Best position ever! So nice to get around, easy parking nearby. John is the best host, he was always very attentive, he gave us many advices on where to go as we had days with much wind. 100% recommended for when in Milos

The location on apple maps is incorrect so it was a bit difficult to find on arrival.

Big space. Very nice. Kitchen with big refrigerator. Dishes and cutlery. Soft towels. Good air conditioner. Very nice. The owners are the best!

No water for the sink or showers often

Best location in Adamas in Milos, just a few steps away from the port, close to a large supermarket and only 100 meters away from the bus station. The room was large with a huge balcony, the wi-fi connection was the best in the Cyclades island group (of which Milos is a part of) and the whole place, my room included, was sparking clean. The hosts, John and Maria were very friendly and always willing to help. I am definitely coming back next year!!

Livanios Studios is absolutely charming. The room is spacios, clean and just beautiful with some Cycladic features such as the bathroom and the upstairs loft. Exceptionally clean, warm and cozy. Great hosts. A real gem in Milos.

John is the best host I ever met in my life. Good hotels included. Very friendly, helpful every day and most of all PROFESSIONAL in everything. Plus, He's an expert in Milos' weather, He planned for us a tour with a boat many days in advance guessing the most beautiful day we had (the rest of the week was windy except for that day!) Really appreciated. He really cares his guests have a good experience in Milos at 360 degree, not all related to the structure. Thank you again for everything John!

The Owners Livanios are very friendly and kind, everything was clean and organized. Our 2 level studios was amazing, unique! We felt like home! I will suggest Livanios Studios, not only a room but a new way to discover the island!

Everything! Very center place and still quiet! Very clean! Changing bed sheets every day and towels! Clean room etc! The room it was for 2+1 persons and my brother joined suddenly and it was no problem at all for the host! The room was as it was advertised! Having travel quite a lot it was one of the first times that the room was 100% that was described in the advertisement! Also, I think it was resonably cheap in comparisson with other places in Milos, especially for 3 persons!

The owner is a caring lady. She is ready to help you with whatever she can. Location is perfect 5min or less walk from adamas port. Property is clean and room has a fridge and hot pot for making coffee etc. Overall worth the price.
