Corridors a wee bit noisy

El hotel está genial, y el servicio inmejorable. Recomiendo sacar algunas excursiones con ellos, es muy cómodo y buenos precios. La amabilidad del personal es más que excelente, nos hicieron sentir mejor que bien, no le doy más de 10 porque no se puede. La habitación supercompleta y camas muy muy cómodas, y el hotel es muy confortable.

Por decir algo, el desayuno podría tener algo más de variedad, productos para intolerantes y más variedad de pan o de dulces. La ubicación es tranquila pero algo alejada de la playa, pero tienen un servicio de transfer hasta Flic en Flac o bien al centro comercial de Caravelle, que es la caña. La verdad es que el hotel está genial y es muy recomendable, pero no solo por los servicios, limpieza y comodidad, sin duda, por su personal, la familia/compañeros que lo regentan.

Hôtel familial situé dans un endroit calme à 20 minutes à pied de la mer et du centre-ville de Flic en Flac. Navette gratuite à disposition. Présence de deux piscines pours se rafraîchir. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Salle de bain petite, aucun rangement. Pas de table de chevet dans la chambre que j'avais, juste une chaise, ni coin bureau. La télévision était inutile car très mal positionnée et fonctionnant très mal. Petit réfrigérateur très abîmé, nombreuses traces de rouille . Si vous êtes adepte du luxe, prenez un 4-5 étoiles.

Bei unserem Zimmer war der Balkon der Durchgang zu den anderen Zimmern und sehr klein.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

La place du frigo et les repas pas très variés et pas très bons non plus. Pas de PDJ pour les départs tôt !

Points négatifs: - Nous avions demandé une chambre avec deux lits simples, nous avons eu deux grands lits double. Il n’y avait pas assez d’espace dans la chambre de 18m2 - Eau chaude : pas d’eau chaude le premier jour, les jours suivants il fallait laisser l’eau couler pendant 10minutes - Personnel à l’accueil désagréable surtout le soir ne lâche même pas un bonsoir ou un sourire - Fuite de la climatisation : l’eau a coulé toute la nuit De plus nous avions fait tombé un débardeur du balcon, nous avons prévenu la réception qui nous ont répondu qu’il reviendrait vers nous mais nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelle.

The property is really good. The have a good room with balcony and 2 pools. We loved our stay here. Would highly recommened this place. It was at a fair price. And that too included breakfast. Staff was also polite.

Constnatly closing front gate made it a bit unwelcoming. Sharp gravel around pool made it impossible to use in bare feet. Bathroom cramped

Breakfast was poor. Got the room for a reduced rate of 38 €, therefore it was okay because you can't sleep much cheaper in this area. Would never pay the regular price of around 65 €.

The little bit older man at the reseption knew what customer service is, just ask him to educate some others: always very helpful and kind, felt so easy to ask anything! Your sauna was absolutely nice option, we could come again because of that. Also, we appreciated the shuttle bus to the beach and shopping centre. The small gym area was a nice addition, I trained also outside there with your equipments. Very quiet place.

Would be nice, if the kitchen staff could smile sometimes. I felt like disturbing them every time I would ask something. I tried to be very polite and nice myself, no nice respond. The other pool with jacuzzi was out of order, that was a disappointement because I love those things.

The cleanliness and quietness of the room. The staff at the reception desk are polite, helpful and welcoming. The location off the busy area of Flic En Flac. The swimming pools. The choice of breakfast.

The staff from the kitchen are quite noisy not paying attention to guests chatting amongst themselves loudly and whilst getting in and out of the kitchen leaving the saloon doors banging each other. The balcony space is narrow.

Very small room, it was always hot no matter if we opened windows or turn AC on. Nowhere to hang the towels and swimsuits.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

The room we were in was very poorly soundproofed. We could hear the conversations of the guests from the adjacent room very well. It was as if they were in our room. In addition, there was a renovation of another room. The craftsmen started at 7am and therefore sleeping in was not possible...

We stayed for two nights and it was lovely. The sauna was amazing, very helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommended to friends and family.

The rooms are good, however the noise isolation is not the best.

The personnel was amazing and welcomed us with some nice drinks. We could not do breakfast everyday due to activities but the owner made us a special breakfast basket every time with fruits, juice and yoghurt. It was a very quite neighbourhood with ample parking space.

We got used to it rather quickly, but as you will read in more comments, the mattresses are rather hard.
