The villa is situated in quiet location, no neighbors around with perfect connection to the beaches and Lixouri, 2nd biggest city on the island. The view from house during the day or in the night is great! The house or facility outside give you more than you expect. The owners Babis, Fotis are friendly, always ready to answer any questions, helpful. Everything was prepared for our stay, there is service of cleaning during your stay. I can recommend this property for sure!

Nothing ... but as the house is in location above the city and also the beaches are around the house, you would need the car for moving around. For us the best beach - Petani is about 15 min drive by car, city also up to 15 min. Mirtos beach about 30-40 min ...

Beautiful house, spacious and everything you need, the yard is big, same as the pool area. No neighbours nearby and is very quiet at night.

It is a little remote so it takes 10-15 minutes to reach the main road

The Leaf House was amazing! The view was breathtaking! Photos cant show enough! Plenty of space for all family both indoors and out, garden is huge! Super clean and beautiful house. Owners were very helpful to any question we had. Petanoi beach is 5 min driving, the closest town, Lixouri 10 min. One of the best places we ever visited!

The house was absolutely amazing, really well thought out, loads of space for 2 families and felt quite luxurious, with AMAZING views. We had 4 teenagers with us, so the WiFi and pool and space for everyone worked really well. Fotos and Babis the owners were so helpful whilst giving us lots of privacy. The pool cleaned regularly, bedding changed and bins taken. They even rushed to help with a flat tyre. So thank you both.

Tiny things (hardly worth mentioning). But as one of our party is a chef. We cheese grater, sharp kitchen knife and more cutlery. A few more sun beds would be good too.

The views were amazing! Our family of seven had plenty of room in The Leaf House. The house was very clean and the pool area was perfect. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the kitchen and enjoyed a wonderful evening watching the sunset at a taverna 15 minutes from the house. One of the closest beaches, Paralia Petani, was incredible and an easy drive. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions.

It was perfect for a family reunion - everyone had space to relax in. The owner had great suggestions and was responsive to any concerns. The pool area and the dining space downstairs was soo good. Shopping and restaurants weren’t too far away.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the cleanliness, the location, and the view - it was just amazing to wake up with with a cup of coffee and have a view of the whole island. Fotis (the owner) was amazing too, always helpful and had superb suggestions for our itinerary.

House is really big, with 4 comfortable rooms. Kitchen, dining area and living room are very big. Host was kind enough to welcome us with complimentary coffee, wine, milk, etc…Whatever we asked we received instant response from host.

If Google Maps suggest you road without asphalt, don’t take it 😀
