old hotel, not all lights are on during the night

the room was nice and we didn’t expect it so big and wide

the hotel building it’s not likeable and also the kitchen stuff were unpolite.

The location of the hotel is nice. It is not in the city center, but since Crema is small, the center is merely a 15 minute walk at most. The train station and bus stops to Milan are also very close to the hotel, and there are cafes and restaurants all around the place. The staff is very friendly, and will go out of their way to help you with issues that are not only related to the hotel, but also things like helping you figure out travel. I had trouble with my train ticket, for example, and the staff helped me figure out how to get to where I wanted to get to.

I believe the facilities could be renewed somewhat, as the structure does feel like it is 30 years old. The smaller rooms do not really show the aging appliances and structure that much, but if you do stay in the long-stay rooms with a kitchenette, the age of the facility does show.

Huge balcony and room, , friendly helpful staff, comfortable parking

Return flight was cancelled and receptionist was very helpful with re-arranging return flight paperwork. Same receptionist had also been helpful when I phoned and asked for an earlier booking due to outgoing flight being brought forward a day. Aircon in room was a bonus. Decent continental type breakfast. Few minutes walk from city centre and railway station.

As there is no restaurant, perhaps coffee making facilities would be good.

Limited option breakfast, low quality of food.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean with a large terrace and a nice view of the town. The location was great, only a couple of minutes from the center. The breakfast was also very good!

1) Tidiness in the room 2) Bed was very comfortable 3) Bed sheets were good quality 4) Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly (both reception and canteen) 5) Room has very good isolating from the outside noises 6) Wide and close parking

1) Breakfast and its quality. Very limited options. No open space was presented, where a guest could pick the product or type of food him/herself. 2) Every time I had to access the Internet I needed to login to Wi-Fi and type the user + password. It is not very efficient 3) Missing any template or board in the room with important information, such as: time of breakfast, Wi-Fi, number of reception.. etc. 4) Some bulbs in the laps were not working properly 5) Cupboard looks shattered 6) Towels in the bathroom for face were in rough quality, I would recommend to change them in something more soft

Staff were very friendly, rooms were huge, location was excellent. Well placed for local restaurants and bars. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel, decent bar next door. Good parking facilities.

there are many stairs in the hotel... if I was on a wheelchair it would be an impossible to use hotel

A very spacious room with a comfortable sitting area and a huge balcony. The shutters were nice to keep room completely dark.
