We loved our stay! The house is very cute and clean. We felt very much at home. The location is perfect! Just a brief walk away from coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

The house was adorable, well equipped and decorated, and we loved the ability to walk out the door to restaurants, coffee shops, a terrace bar, cute shops, a great river walk and biking trails for our adult son. We are walkers and only used our car a couple times in 4 days,

Loved the closeness to Main Street. Accommodations were great, but could have used 2nd bathroom. Checkout was too early. A better time would've been at least 11 am.

Location of the house was great and walking distance to everything! The only thing I was upset by was the broken a/c units in both bedrooms. The only one that worked was in the living room where no one slept. It was VERY hot sleeping even with the windows open. The screen was also broke in main room so I had the window open with no screen which was a little unsettling. Aside from that, the stay was great.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, warm and cozy (we stayed in February) only one block from Main Street. Comfortable for all age groups. Owner quick to respond to any queries. Comes with deer in the front yard!

This home is in a great location, super close to downtown bv and driving distance to hot springs. Perfect mountain getaway.

Had a wonderful stay here. Comfortable home steps to Buena Vistas’s main street with lots of shopping and food opportunities to explore. Easy parking and access to nearby attractions. We visit Buena Vista often and would stay here again. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. It is less than two blocks from the heart of Main St, but parking was easy (in the driveway and there was also room on the street). We slept with the windows open and it was not noisy, although we were not there on a weekend. The house was clean, kitchen was nice, beds were comfortable, and there was a good amount of space to spread out. The only thing missing was a toaster/toaster oven. Buena Vista was a nice launching pad for hiking in the nearby national forests and was an interesting town to walk around. (Take a stroll to the South Main area of Buena Vista and read about if you're at all interested in urban design.) Buena Vista is also at a little lower altitude than some of the other towns in that area, which we found out was important when you're traveling from the East Coast and trying to sleep soundly at night.

This is a comfortable, clean, chic and well appointed house in a fantastic location.

Overall great house and location. Comfortable and good launching pad for a weekend trip. Having some outdoor space was nice too. We did get blocked in the driveway by the neighbors our first day (no other cars on the block and went right behind us) luckily we were able to use another car.

This was a great stay during the holidays - we were able to experience the ski mountains and nearby hot springs! We only had two issues but they were quickly resolved. The house is accessible via the back door, fine unless it snows. But the owner was able to get the walkway shoveled so we can enter/exit without any issue. This house had everything we needed. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, towels... We definitely recommend!

Nice old home, comfortable with an adequate kitchen. Main gas heater in living room doesn't work, there was a space heater that was OK. We were told owners are aware of the problem...so why isn't it fixed. Great towels...no wash cloths??? Back door is not good. Some knuckle head used a dog run for an entrance, 5 foot high...needs to be fixed before someone really bags their head. Front door needs a pass code entrance..would cost $100 more or less. This would alleviate having to go in the back door. BBQ filthy, it's OK to clean them every now and then. Obviously absentee owners...get down and look at your property from time to time.

Musty creaky old house, needs airing out between guests. Only able to open a few windows as many are painted shut. Bedroom dim with dark hallway to nicely remodeled bathroom. Kitchen bright and remodeled but loud neighbors detract (I think they’re moving out). Water yummy from the tap, but left out tasted funny. Great location overall made up for any drawbacks, but I will not be staying there again.

House was perfect for the four of us. Very clean and was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

So close to Town!

A very nice property in a great location only a short walk to downtown, South Main and the river. It fully met our expectations and we would definitely stay there again when back in BV.

We enjoyed our stay!
