Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Freundliche und Familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten kostenlos neben dem Hotel parken. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Und es war alles sehr liebenswert eingerichtet (auch wenn die Aussenfassade des Hotels vielleicht ein bisschen abschreckt). Am Abend unserer Ankunft haben wir ausserdem die Sauna genutzt, die wir für uns alleine hatten.

Obwohl auf Nachfrage alle Informationen zur Sauna gegeben wurden, war es zuvor nicht ersichtlich, dass die Sauna (kostenlos) genutzt werden kann. Ich vermute, wenn das deutlicher beschrieben werden würde, dass es auch zu höheren Nutzung und vielleicht das Hotel noch weiter aufwerten würde. Ein anderer Punkt, wofür das Hotel wahrscheinlich nichts kann aber schade ist: Durch einen Wasserschaden gab es im Hotel selbst kein Frühstück (Der Ersatz beim Hotel Jokmokk war in Ordnung aber leider nicht so gut). Und wir hätten gerne das eigene Frühstück probiert. Dennoch wissen wir den Ersatz sehr zu schätzen und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The breakfast was good but the nice interior was the best! Very relaxing. We also used the spa in the basement and were very pleased.

Location is picture perfect. The hotel ambience is very warm and welcoming. Loved the decor and food in the restaurant.

Had booked a double bed but instead got two single beds, and that too in opposite corner of the the room

The vibe of the hotel makes you feel at home, the staff are very friendly - Annelie was a great host, always smiling ! Rooms were comfortable, Sauna was the best. Although it had breakfast included, there is a microwave in the hotel which was a plus to prepare for lunch or dinner. Lounge is a great place to meet new people and enjoy a movie on the big screen together ☺️

Very cosy atmosphere with fireplace in the lobby, nice interior design, unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate and cookies. Perfect place to stay during long cold winter days in Jokkmokk. The breakfast was very good quality, fresh with wide variety of choice.

The room was poorly isolated from the corridor noise. Our double bed was made out of two seperate beds what made them drift away.

The property was very nice, with warm fires and cosy areas to sit.

We were disappointed to find out there was no evening meal available during Christmas although when booking it stayed an evening meal available during winter.
