Tosca is a very thoughtful host. Communication was great and she even got us a welcome drink! The studio was spacious and very clean.

Very good check in process and all instructions sent a day before our arrival. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Air-condition in every room. Great prosecco bar literally across the street with an amazing view to the sea. 10 minutes walking distance from the Old Town and the city walls.
Huge disappointment regarding the parking. Even tough it is marked that parking is one of the amenities it is simply not there and you cannot park at this street since it is so narrow that a car can barely fit there. You have to park either at one of the street in the neighborhood which is paid anyhow or find a slot at the underground parking which is approximately 1km away. WiFi works literally only in one room. and the bed in the main bedroom cries for replacement. It makes squeaking sounds already when you throw a towel on it not even mentioning laying down and trying to fall asleep. Garden and the terrace in a front of the building requires renovation.

Stay was fantastic and as good as could be. Host is very lovely and was welcoming and the location is good, 15 minute walk from the Old Town and 5 minutes from a couple of small beaches.

Excellent location - 5 minutes from the old city, clean and comfortable apartments, very hospitable hostess, and a nice bonus upon arrival - fruits :)

Our apartment was really clean and nice, there’s everything you need for your stay and cooking as well. Tosca and her family were really great hosts and they helped us out with everything we needed. Thank you so much and hope to come back again!

The hosts were super nice and welcoming, even offered a bottle of wine and fruit on arrival. The studio was well decorated and equipped with everything. Very comfortable beds, AC and lots of storage space. Excellent location
My bedside table was broken, the shower made an odd sound when in use. Shower took a while to drain.

A great location, 10 minute walk to Old Town and less than 30 minutes to Gruž ferry port. The place is actually a huge two-bedroom apartment with blossoming trees and plants in the impressive garden. The owners were very friendly, arranging a hassle-free (and corona-free) check in with keys left in the box, leaving coffee, tea and a bottle of wine and being available for all our questions. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need - most kitchen and bathroom utensils, a lot of towels, even deckchairs for lounging in the garden where children can enjoy playing with cats and a dog Medo. All in all - although the place is classified as a three-star suite, the amazing hosts and the impressive space made us feel better than that.
Wi-Fi is a bit limited, works only in the living room, but there's plenty enough other ways to spend time in Dubrovnik than hang around internet all day.
