Family room on a top floor, AC only in bedrooms, pointing directly at your head......not a good experience in 33C....

Everything was excellent. Hotel design, service, the staff, food and hotel bar :).
Breakfast just extraordinary - even at 12 am 😀.
We also received a voucher for wine degustation as well as discount on wine 🍷.
No stress with check out - what was the biggest +!
We loved it all 😀

Everything was great, location was perfect, staff was friendly, our suite with 2 bedrooms was very good for a group of friends, free parking was just behind the hotel
The price was rather steep for the Czech Republic, also considering the fact that neither breakfast nor wellness were included in the rate

Location on walking distance from the city center of Valtice. Good restaurant inside the hotel and also a fine restaurant across the street from the hotel which offers traditional Czech cuisine

A great location with complimentary parking behind the hotel. The room was spotless and comfy. We really liked the air conditioning because it was a boiling hot day!

Super friendly personal and above expected quality of cooking
Oke We accept that personal has some difficulties with languages, no problem! But that nowhere especially on the menu cards nothing is written in any other language than Czech, is reall unbelievable. Do something please!!!!!! It is little effort!!!!!

Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel and spa were beautiful.
Our room (#2) had many broken things. The tub drain isn’t working in the sense that it won’t fill the bathtub up. The heated towel bar wasn’t working, and the ac wasn’t working.

Nothing special. Ordinary style without any idea.
The facility is definitely overpriced. The apartment with two bedrooms had no appropriate living room. The price doesn’t match with the comfort presented.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, with the lift. There were two roof windows. Everything was clean and well prepared. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast rich and tasty, location calm though near the city centre. There's a playground for kids and enough space to park a car.
Room was under the roof and we had really hot days, the airconditioning - although working could not cool the room down enough so it was slightly annoying. The staff tried to help us, though.

the room was spaciuos and comfortable. its located next to main street but still room was quiet . we could safely store our bikes overnight. Good breakfast.walkable distance to nice restaurants and castle

Great place for rest during way on holiday! Standard of a room is very good, there were waitting for us coffee, chocolates, water, cosmetics for shower. Room was nice decorated and and breakfast was very tasty, something for everyone. Also in restaurants are tasty meals and something for drink. Really good place.
