Stayed here for a college reunion. Two main properties were clean, with enough space for myself and 13 others. Gorgeous location with many local options for wineries and hiking. Would recommend!

We had family group of 20 stay at the 2 properties and absolutely loved our stay. Brian was available to help and communicative but allowed us to enjoy our stay without intrusion. We had no issues whatsoever with the property or appliances. The properties were well maintained and looked to be recently updated. There were plenty of utensils for cooking and eating on the property. The Lake views from the lower property were absolutely stunning. Very relaxing and calming. The upper property had nice views as well. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay if we are in the area again. Thank you Brian.

We were so impressed with this listing. It worked so perfectly for our group of 22. It allowed us all to stay together, lakefront on Keuka. The 3 separate houses also allowed for enough bathrooms for us all to get ready.

We had such a great weekend at these houses! The weather was great, Brian was very responsive to questions asked, and the property had everything we needed!

Enjoyed the.lake front property and there was plenty of room for 18 of us.

Could not have been more perfect. Road was quiet and house was on a small cove. We used all three houses on the property and all had plentiful kitchen wares, linens and towels. The kayaks and paddle boards got a lot of use as did the fire pit by the lake. Brian the owner greeted us and was close by for questions and the one issue that came up which was addressed right away. We hope to be back again.

We so enjoyed the lake and yard kayaking fishing paddle boarding swimming fishing ( caught lots of big fish) and skiing and tubing. Beds were so comfortable. Lots of fun around campfire. Houses andcporches were so perfect for dining and viewing . Host was very kind and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat

Houses were amazing. Amazing dock to lay around and chill. Each house had its own kitchen and multiple bedrooms. 10/10 would rent again.

We booked the two homes for a little family reunion. Our host was responsive before and after booking. Both homes were clean and comfortable and updated house by the lake had amazing views and beautiful updates. One of the best parts was the very large parking area that accommodated more cars than I can count. We would certainly stay again and really enjoyed out time!

I rented Brian’s property for my 30th birthday celebration. There were 17 people staying in three of the properties: Lakeview, Old Glory, and 2 bedroom apartment. All of the properties accommodated our needs and it was nice to be spread out over the three spaces so it didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. The goal of our trip was to hit as many wineries as possible, so the house’s location was ideal as it was close to wineries on Keuka, as well as only 15 minutes from the west side of Seneca. Brian was quick to get back to me on anything we needed, the properties were clean and beautiful, and you can’t beat waking up to that view. We loved our stay and I’ve even sent this listing to other friends and families who will be taking trips to the Finger Lakes in the coming year. We had such a great time!

We stayed with a group of 14 - four families total. The two houses were plenty of space. The lakefront house has less bedrooms but the updated kitchen. The deck is amazing and views are gorgeous. We enjoyed the wineries and restaurants in Penn Yan. Brian was very easy to communicate with and a great host. Would recommend this rental and hoping to go back to Keuka Lake this summer.

22 family members from all over the country came to celebrate parents, grandparents, great grandparents. The 3 lake houses were the perfect location for us to stay on Keuka Lake.

We had a large family group that stayed for a long weekend in October. The properties were clean and had everything we needed. Brian answered all of my questions I’ma timely manner. I highly recommend!

Wow! just got back from a long weekend on the property and I couldn't express the splendid hospitality. Brian was right there to say hello to us when we arrived and made himself readily available when needed. We were able to rent all three of the buildings on the property and all three were unique. We had sheets and towels for every bed which is a huge bonus. All kitchens had the necessities and more for cooking and cleaning. Brian has put a lot of effort in keeping the place clean and functional for his guests, and you can tell he cares about his buildings. I felt safe and comfortable no matter where I was on the property. And all activities are close by. A++. Thanks again!

We needed a place to accommodate our family and friends to attend my son’s wedding. This was the perfect place to rent. Owner was very friendly and available he even checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory . We couldn’t be more satisfied and happy. Great place place to rent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our large family annual getaway. For years we have embarked to Allegheny however chose to try something different this year. Utilizing the water amenities was a big hit specifically for all the kids and our family members from Arizona. We rarely interacted with Brian which was great as there was no need to. Brian made our stay seamless and encompassed our expectations. Thank you Brian.

This is a wonderful property. It was very nice to have three buildings to stay in. It gave our extended family group great space to be together and places for quiet too. The views, swimming, boating opportunities, and location are superb. Houses were very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation for ages two to eighty.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property.. The group consisted of my husband and I, our 5 children and their spouses, and our 7 grandkids. There was plenty to do for all ages. Kids especially loved the canoe and the kayaks. Houses had everything you need to enjoy the week. Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay at your beautiful rental. We will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing time at Brian‘s place! It is clean, well-stocked and perfect for a larger group with separate houses to get away for a little while if you wanted. There’s a raft, canoe, kayak and a swim platform for everyone to enjoy. Olney’s Place is a mile up the road for something you may have forgot(or a quick drink away from everyone😁). We will definitely be staying again!

We had a really nice time for my in-laws’ 63rd wedding anniversary with kids and grandkids and great-grand-dogs. This is a beautiful part of the country, house is on a nice part of Keuka tucked in a cove, and the 2 homes we rented were well kept and beautiful. There were a few glitchy things like confusion over checkin time and confusion over water delivery day, but overall good communication. Owner lives just 2 houses down so easy to communicate with. We got permission ahead of time to bring dogs but then I think owner regretted making the exception and dogs became a point of tension during the vacation. I hated that we caused stress for the owner and it was a bummer for me to be stressed over anything during vacation. I’m not used to having an owner be anything but happy with our family as guests in their home. Bottom line, if you want to bring your dog rent somewhere else. If you want a beautiful dog-free lake vacation near wineries then I would highly recommend this rental.

The finger lakes are magical but Keuka is the best. The location of this property is one of the best spots on Keuka. It has two or three homes to use - we used 2. The house on the water is modern and newer. Wonderful deck, nice kitchen, dining and living area for everyone to gather. The upper house has lots of bedrooms. There are lots of amenities for the water and a fire pit for evening S’mores. Would definitely rent this property again.

We rented both houses for a big group of friends after our wedding to stay for Memorial Day weekend. I can not say enough good things about this property and location! Brian was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to anything we needed. The views from the Lakeview house are unreal. We even took the canoe and kayak out. The fire pit was awesome for night and enough Adirondack chairs for our group to enjoy. The property is on a quiet lake road just down from the main road so it’s very peaceful. I would re book this property in a second and it looks even better in person compared to online pictures.

Brian was an amazing host and so helpful making our daughter's Keuka college graduation weekend a wonderful family experience!!! Highly recommend!

Other then the Apple Maps taking me to the wrong place. We had a great time! The house was so clean and the view was beautiful! The owner of the property was very helpful with anything we needed. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our time on the lake. The properties were listed well and pictures depicted the houses well. Old Glory could use a dishwasher since it houses so many people but other than that, everything was great!
