The breakfast was perfect

The system worked really well. I loved how breakfast was set up, that there was a communal area to mingle with other guests if you wanted to but you could also have the privacy of your own room. Staff was incredibly friendly and warm :)

Breakfast was nicely presented and deliciously prepared with generous servings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large and had all I needed.
I wasn't given the room that I had booked for as per images and description on booking.com. I requested for a quiet room and it was very noisy. Dogs barking all night!!!! Location not central and too far for walking distance to cafes or restaurants.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was on time and good quality
This is not a four star facility. The dogs were barking the entire night. The room I was allocated was a back room facing the neighbour's back yard which was a mess and dogs running up and down. The impression created with the photos on the web is that of a double story facility with at least a lounge and proper dining room. The impression was that these hosts are living in a house and created some back yard rooms and facility. Parking is insufficient for the number of guests.

No shelter for parking the cars
My room was next to eating area, no privacy if u want to stay indoors

Distance to the beach
Breakfast was awful. Bacon was so dry, could not even chew it. There was only 1 choice of juice that I could not drink.
They brought yogurt that had expired. When I asked for another plain yogurt I was told there is only strawberry yogurt.
No respect of privacy. The lady kept knocking on my door whilst I was in a meeting, told her to come back later but she kept knocking, I was so irritated.

Home away from home feeling. Hotel vibe in guesthouse setting. Midway between major cities.
Restricted coffee usage in room. Would have loved the ability to make coffee when ever you wanted. Only 4 packets provided per room. Better maybe to provide a jar so that one can enjoy a cup, when ever you want.

Could not sleep due to a dog barking continuously through the whole evening. My Director had to find a new place to sleep as he could not rest and was extremely tired for work the next day.
The owner had no intention of even trying to assist us due to the inconvenience. She refused to refund our money for the last evening that we had to cancel an did not even offer any form of solution.
I asked the receptionist to have the owner contact me back and I am still waiting for that call.
I will never recommend this place to anyone. If they at least TRIED to find a solution or offered another room or a discount or something it would have been a different story. But she just basically said it is not her problem.
