Sehr schönes und großes Appartment. Große Wohnküche mit großem Tisch an dem alle gut Platz haben.
Lage ist auch sehr schön, in 1 minute ist man zu Fuß an der Salzach und an der Kaipromenade um in die Altstadt zu laufen (~20 Minuten).
Um es Besenrein zu verlassen, wäre ein großer Besen wünschenswert😀
Check-In finde ich ein bisschen kompliziert, wenn vorab schon alles geklärt ist (außer Kaution) und es ja auch eine Schlüsselbox an der Unterkunft gibt, muss trotzdem vorab woanders hingegangen werden und den Code zur Schlüsselbox abgeholt werden. Mit Auto weniger ein Problem, aber wenn man öffentlich anreist, schon nervig.

We collected keys from reception at a different location. Ww had 2 car spaces assigned but someone else was in one of them. The situation was sorted out promptly. We liked the long dinner table which was good for the 8 of us.

The walk to the downtown 15 minutes but a nice one along the River.

The apartment was in a quiet area out of the busy tourist area but a lovely 10/15 minute walk into town along the river. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms good for groups of people. Bean to cup coffee machine was wonderful! Showers were great.
You could only sit 4 people on the balcony and we were 6.

The apartment size was huge! Very comfortable as all three of us had our private rooms and the apartment had 2 bathrooms which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store was just around the corner. Within 10-15 mins walking from the main station and downtown Salzburg. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He even gave my dad who has severe arthritis in his ankle a ride from the reception to the apartment. Very kind of him to do that.
The towels were a bit worn out. Key collection and check-in was about 10 mins walking from the actual apartment.

Klemens was very welcoming and helpful. Our kids LOVED the fold-down beds, and we were grateful for the large table to share meals and play games.

Very spacious, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist.
Our group of 5 adults had ample room.
Well-equipped kitchen made it very easy to prepare our own meals when we wanted to.
Easy walking distance to bus stop and market for food and every day supplies.
Having to pick up the keys at a different location was quite inconvenient.
For those with mobility issues: Be aware it is on the 3rd floor with no lift (but nice wide stairs). Also is a good 20 minute walk to the old town (but flat and very pretty walk along the river).

The staff were very friendly & helpful both on arrival & departure. The apartment was very warm, clean & a short walk from the city centre on a quiet residential street. There is a Spar Supermarket around the corner.

It wasn’t really our choice. Booking.com double booked us and at the last minute while driving it was hard to replace several days of careful selection. When we arrived we called the property and they would only speak in German. In fact they told us we were in a German speaking country so should speak German. Something to keep in mind if you are a tourist who doesn’t speak the language of every country you visit! Fortunately my son could speak German and he was able to eventually get assistance to find the keys and get in. I’d also note his fluent German struggled to understand the speed at which the local Austrian spoke and his very unhelpful attitude.
The propert was also called Riverside Apartments. It’s not on a riverside and is actually opposite a Turkish detention centre patrolled by armed guards. They also charge extra to park your car off the street in their open and insecure yard.

It was clean and there was a washer available. The kitchen area was great. However, the clothes drying rack was in bad shape.
There were five cars and folks, including me, had to block someone else in order to park. We had one car and each of the other apartments had two cars. When you are charged for parking, it should not be a problem. The apartments have lots of beds and for larger groups it is probably a better deal and I would definitely recommend it to a larger group.

Apartment had everything for a comfortable stay a small kid and Family.
Apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs on the site.
Location was excellent and next to S-Bahn station
The host was friendly and also very accommodating of the request we had made

Perfect location, a pleasant 10 min walk along the river to the historical center. Top facilities in the apartment. Top comfort. I would definitely book again!!

the beds are not double beds...2 single beds next to each other..not comfortable..one room should have a double bed
