Everything about our stay at Campbell Cottage was wonderful. If we are in the area again we will definitely see if it is available.

Bu the end of our stay, I was ready to go home--because I had relaxed so fully. Clean, well-stocked, simple and just right for a stay on the lake. The location is great--you really are very close to the public beach. I would definitely return.

Property was cute, clean, and convenient Lake Superior. Central location to all the northern UP adventures you may want to plan. Kitchen with everything you could need to prepare meals.

We love staying at Campbell Cottage. It is centrally located within walking distance to all the things we enjoy in Grand Marias. We will be back soon!!!

Lovely cottage furnished with everything you could need from guidebooks of the area to games and DVDs to kitchen needs. The location can't be beat - a block from a convenience store and a diner/bar and two blocks from the lake. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

Our visit to Grand Marais was cut short due to a family tragedy. We will be so excited to stay again. We would highly recommend the cozy, little cottage.

Excellent location! Clean and cozy cottage. Within walking distance to two beaches and town. Good location to visit Whitefish Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Tahquanmenon Falls, and MI Dog. Also Pictured Rocks area.

This is a well appointed cottage. Had everything we needed in a central location of GM. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented this place to get away for a couple of days and relax on the beach. It was a great week, beautiful starry skies, gorgeous rocky beaches, super fun side-by-side trails, and friendly town! The house was totally comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here😊

This property was clean, modern, and had excellent wi-fi. Everything about it was easy: easy to find, easy access instructions, easy to park, easy walk to eateries, and easy walk to beach. Charlotte gets 6 stars for being such an EXCELLENT communicator. She even mailed back the pillow my companion accidentally left behind. If I find myself traveling to Grand Marais again, I'd plan my trip around when Charlotte's place is available.

The cottage was clean and cozy. It honestly felt like a family cottage. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of movies to choose from on a rainy evening and the addition of wifi was a nice surprise. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions I had. The area is beautiful with many places to explore.

The Campbell Cottage is very tastefully decorated, well-appointed and very comfortable. We spent three days there while exploring Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Grand Marais is a quiet little town with a charm all of its own. What a wonderful escape!

Great property in a very cool location. Grand Marais, MI is well off the main route and has a very frontier vibe. We enjoyed the restaurants, beaches, and close proximity to Pictured Rocks LS. We also daytripped to Tahquamenon falls an Whitefish point.

This house was perfect for our family! Within walking distance of Grand Marais’ charming downtown, we could explore the shops, restaurants and beaches. It’s location provided easy day trips to Pictured Rocks and Tahquamenon Falls. The house had everything we needed and we had great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Nice place to start a trip to Pictured Rocks NP. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach and other attractions in town. House was very clean, loaded with books, games and movies to spend evenings. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good working WiFi is a great plus.

We had a very nice stay in this perfectly located cottage. It was close to everything in Grand Marais and we were able to easily visit Pictured Rocks and other beautiful places in the U.P.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Loved the central location in Grand Marias - easily walkable to all restaurants, shops, the beach etc. Loved this sweet little town. House was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Charlotte was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions.

This is a small two-bedroom house right by the community center and a block from the main street and bay. It /'s not new, but very comfortable and perfectly situated for us, since we needed to be at the community center regularly. There is laundry on the premises. The owners were extremely responsive - the toilet started leaking while we were there and they addressed it within the hour. Two bedrooms with double beds and a gigantic double air mattress (and/or a single cot) plus a comfy couch were available. The wifi was a nice bonus that we weren't expecting. It couldn't have been a better stay, and we hope to stay here again.

The cottage was the perfect location with all the amenities we needed. Grand Marais is the best place to visit and we really enjoyed this rental!

This house was a great find for me & a friend. It was cozy, well furnished & a perfect location to wander to the beach, into town & just have some plain old peace & quiet. The reason I rated our stay a ‘4’ was due to us not having access to any in-house wi-fi. We were unable to communicate with family back home as easily as we had expected, as cell phone coverage can be challenging in the UP. Sometimes we could get pictures sent through, while at other times nothing would send. Plain texts were sent more easily, yet not always in a timely manner. It was frustrating to try to keep family up to date on our travels. Communication with Charlotte was always prompt & friendly. She was accommodating & provides a very warm & comfortable home to stay in while visiting Grand Marais & the area.

My best friend and I love Grand Marais and have talked about coming back for a girls' weekend since our last visit in 2012. We finally decided to just make it happen. Campbell Cottage provided us the perfect opportunity to do so. The cottage itself is extremely clean, cute, charming, warm, welcoming, and an ideal place for us to park our souls for the trip. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the home. Maxine, the caretaker, does an excellent job with the cleaning and preparation. The decor is so cute, warm, and welcoming. It felt like home versus a sterile hotel setting. Charlotte provides all the amenities one could need on a vacation including dishes, small appliances, pots & pans, silverware, cooking & serving utensils, dishcloths, etc. We were not left wanting or needing anything. Check-in process could not have been simpler. We even accidentally showed up a half hour early and were still able to get into the cottage. Charlotte excels at communication. She texted me several times in preparation for our arrival as well as quickly responded to questions while we were there. And she was so kind and considerate. The cottage is located right in the heart of downtown Grand Marais so we only needed to drive when we visited the waterfalls. My only disappointment was that I did not see any bears during our stay. There's always next year.

This was the best vacation rental we have had since we started renting homes instead of camping.

Love the town of Grand Marias and this cute cottage is a perfect launchpad for pictured rocks exploration. We will be back!
