Nothing at all

Filthy dirty, other peoples pubes in the shower, smelly room, bed bugs,sticky carpet, other peoples half drunk bottles in the fridge, noisy extractor fan, noisy fridge. Was so bad i got up and left at 4am on the 2nd night of my 4 nights booked and slept in my car. Rooms look nothing like the pictures on booking.com

The bed was comfortable, there were 3 or 4 charging points next to bed, the bathroom was good and clean, was given a key to front door along with room key meaning I could enter when I needed (around 2:30am), nobody was being too loud.

There was a mini fridge and a microwave sat on top. Inside of the fridge didn't feel very cold. Didn't need to use but wouldn't have wanted to use to keep anything cold. Didn't try the microwave. Parking in front is a bit tight.

Everything is same with pictures. Simple but clean guesthouse.

Our room is next to road, it’s not quiet.

I got there and was told my room was upstairs, I’d booked a ground floor room due to disabilities (cancer & knee replacement) very difficult getting to room up 2 sets of stairs. basic room coffee table covered in stains. bathroom looked ok but took longer than 5 mins to get any hot water out of the tap. struggled so much going down the stairs. informed friends of my concern and the dropped me off after the wedding I’d been to… from the outside at night you could see that there were curtains hanging off windows. disabled access but not accessible. got to my room and on my way through there was lots of noise from the rooms and smells of tobacco. Raised African voices all night. I had to put a chair in front of my bedroom door as I could hear someone outside it .. I was the last room on the corridor so no one should have been outside. it was a very scarey experience if I’m honest. when leaving in the morning I noticed that the window that was by my room was covered in cigarette ash. so the person outside my door had clearly been smoking out the window. minimal sleep due to people talking. this morning I tried calling the proprietor to see what I did with the key and was told to leave it on the fireplace. I was glad to leave. as I was leaving there were people shouting at each other and children screaming this establishment is a fire hazard.. fire doors propped open, disabled access not accessible. disabled people not considered when it comes to booking rooms
