One of the best breakfast I have had - wide variety of food and very delicious! The best espresso coffee compared to other hotels in Croatia. Overall clean and spacious room.

The room was on the second floor and there was no sea view although it was advertised as such with sea view. The lack of balcony in the room makes it not very comfortable especially when you want to dry your swimsuits.

The hotel overall is good and this is why I am returning over the years. I like the location; easy to walk to city center, good spa possibility, available parking, nice staff….

I have to notice the cleaning service is no longer the same quality as it used to be. There was dust on the floor in the room and bad smell in the bathroom… On arrival the stuff asked me to write down my credit card details on paper - this is not legal, you can take the slip, but to ask the guests to write it down on paper - it’s a no go!

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Pool area was good. Rooms were very spacious. WiFi was excellent all around the hotel.

They have a nice piano lounge with a pool table and a library but unfortunately they shut it at 2pm every day. So when we got back from dinner there was nowhere to go but our bedroom to relax. The restaurant was also shut from 2pm so had to eat elsewhere every night. Bar prices were also really expensive compared to restaurants around. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.

Everything. This place is appalling. We literally had to leave after 3 days of our 6 day holiday because we couldn't stand to be there any longer. During our stay we endured the following issues: The room was described as a ‘superior double’, yet contained twin beds pushed together, which moved apart during the night. This is not a Superior Double. When we checked in, they had booked us into a Twin room, and confirmed we would be moved to a Double with a King size bed. This, I suspect, did not happen, but they just told us we had been moved. On the first night we noted that the air conditioning in the room did not work. The temperature in the room exceeded 27 degrees throughout the night. In the morning, we raised this with the hotel. They assured us they would send someone up to fix it. The air conditioning did not improve for the second night, so we raised this again with the hotel staff. They assured us that an ‘engineer’ would be up between 7 and 8am. We were in the room during this period and they did not appear. We raised this again with the front desk and they denied all knowledge. We asked for a fan, they did not have one. At this point we had not slept for approximately 72 hours. The pool was dirty, no evidence of cleaning overnight or during the stay, there was hair floating in it, and loose tiles that were just piled up on the side of the pool. The bar staff were untrained, the hotel staff were polite, but completely refused to engage in any conversation that was deemed in any way to be negative – and told us we had to raise anything at all to do with our booking with Booking.com. When we asked for the Hotel Manager, they told us that there was not one on site. The drinks were extortionate and prepared by someone who was using a laminated A4 crib sheet to compile them. The towels in the bathroom were so small they barely covered my partner and I’s torso, and had been washed so many times that they were essentially sandpaper. The shampoo was empty, a

Staff were super friendly and the room was lovely. Roof top pool in the hotel was a lovely quiet break away from the busy centre. Would stay again.

the location is not right in the center of split. this is easy to reach by a short Uber ride

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable with modern en-suite. Kettle provided in room and fridge to place water or milk. Roof-top pool area and gym were very good. 10 minutes walk to centre of old town and promenade, or 2 minute public bus journey; No 18 every 20 minutes.

Breakfast options were very limited. With hind sight, better to use cafes close by and supermarkets.

this was a good choice after spending a couple days in the heart of Split. it was quieter, fewer tourists - a neighborhood. the staff was top notch and most went out of their way to engage with and help the guests.

The AC didn’t work in my room and I had 2 housekeepers try to fix it by fiddling with the monitor AND calling colleagues. One even suggested I cool off in the pool - which I did. A maintenance guy finally got there around 9 and changed some parts and it worked fine. Very helpful and clearly competent, however because of the nature of the project, lots of dust, lint covered the floor which was not. cleaned up.

The lady working on the rooftop is very friendly.

Horrible Service. Had to ask plenty of times for a simple cleaning of the room as it wasn't clean on arrival. Most of the staff unmotivated. Pool was dirty, there was a chewing gum on the whirlpool on the rooftop pool. Frankly, a joke to charge 160€ per night. The hotel has potential but it definitely doesn't live up to it. If the lady at the rooftop doesn't work, there are not towels and you have to ask for everything multiple times and wait forever. Example: asked for a sun umbrella, the staff said I am gonna have to check and never came back.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, which made this stay particularly enjoyable. The hotel is located not far from the Old Town and Bačvice Beach, so you can make the most of your daily walks while enjoying different areas of Split. The wellness area of the hotel really saved us all during some rainy days. :) I'll also remember the breathtaking city views that this hotel offers.

it was a 15 minute walk to the old town. the breakfast offering was substantial. the rooms were big, clean and the beds very comfortable. the air conditioning was quiet and effective.

the drinks prices were eye wateringly expensive. Split was quite expensive in general, but much cheaper to grab a drink at the few bars close by.

Extraordinarily friendly staff, beautiful hotel in great condition, high quality breakfast, and good location. I liked being a little bit outside of the press of tourists in the old city, but still having access to everything within walking distance.

The "gym" is really just a treadmill, exercise bike, and a few small weights, but that's a very minor complaint. This hotel is fantastic.

The hotel is surperb and the staff can't do enough to help without getting in the way, I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Leaving

A new build hotel with plenty of amenities surrounding. The rooms were very comfortable and the bed was huge with decent pillows. The bathrooms were very well equipped with a very good shower and lots of toiletries. The spa facilities were great, roof top hot tub with Mountain/ hill View and sauna. The balcony was small but really didn’t spend much time on it.

Bear in mind that Split is a hilly place and this hotel is at the top of one of those hills.

Suits were big,clean and really nice. Beautiful hotel. 10/15 mins walk to the old town.

We were looking forward to the roof top pool esp after a long day of trips etc and plus having two teenagers with us but the pool and jacuzzi was absolutely freezing. We Kept asking for them for both to turned on so it was warm to be told the maintenance man was off. So paid a lot of money to stay there for 5 days to not use stuff like that.
