It's a big colonial house.

They don't offer coffee, te or water. The sink is inside the room, not inside with the toilet.

Great value for money. Friendly hosts, comfortable and clean. Great to have parking and the coffee was a nice touch.

The location is within walking distance to the town center, and the building has colonial charm.

Very noisy due to Lack of window soundproofing, with apartment facing a busy street. No basic pantry items (salt, paper towels…) and grocery stores far away on foot. There is a tiny store with basics on the corner, but you must travel to find more. Old/dilapidated couch and dining table. Tiny room for toilet and shower. No washing machine as advertised. Overpriced.

Everything was ok.

Just one little thing. The towels were old and dirty.

There was coffee available just outside the room. The 2 staff we met were excellent in providing information and helping with transportation.

This is a great opportunity to stay in one of the beautiful mansions that define the centro of Puebla. There's a massive roof that we used as our smoking area that has an amazing view and was completely empty the two days we were there.

There was no coffee in the designated complimentary coffee area. The hotel isn't in the very most central part of the centro, but it's only a quick 10 minute walk, and we got to see another part of the city we wouldn't have otherwise.

The building was beautiful, the staff were all very friendly. The rooftop was fantastic and the high ceiling rooms were great. It was a very very nice place that I would recommend highly to others, especially if you want some peace and quiet. Not really a place to meet others.

The location felt unsafe at night because the streets were abandoned (not because of people). The hot water takes a LONG time to heat up, and even then it’s not very hot.

Everything was exceptional I really recommend this place…. But if you are driving a rental be careful with the police I got robbed by two cops Long story short they said I didn’t make a full stop on the intersection and they took my money 🤬🤬🤬

Very quiet, clean and the staff was ready to help. Very nice place to visit Puebla and Cholula is very near. Thank you for everything.

This is a beautiful colonial hotel close to the historic city center. The architecture is beautiful and the staff is friendly. There is parking in premises, eventhough, due to the colonial structure of the hotel it is norrow.

You could hear a bit of noise from other rooms, however it stopped after 10:00 pm.
