This is a great cottage in a quiet part of Beechworth with fantastic views to a duck pond with the ducks and a magnificent forest just behind us.
Set back from the main road with everything you need for self catered stay. A well equipped kitchen and spacious living area means you have plenty of space to relax whether with friends or family.
Spotlessly clean, great beds, heating and cooling easy to operate and clean.

Quiet location, spacious, well-equipped, under-cover parking.
Did not receive notice that the property had no staff and that we had to collect key from a different
site. An email was sent but after we had departed from our previous night's accommodation. Had to
phone.

The size of the unit and the view
The beds were awful, worst sleep I’ve had. The shower was also not very clean

Awesome location in peaceful grounds with duck pond and local walks nearby. Facilities were excellent with BBQ and deck area. Loved the view!
Not much not to like. Bit of a walk into town is the only down side but not far to drive.

This unit is really well appointed and had everything we needed for a short break with my cousin and her partner. .
One thing which could have made this stay better would have been a few hooks or more rails around the bathroom to hang towels on (as we were four people) and a few hooks by the door for coats.

Was a great size, we had a group of 6 adults. Was clean and comfortable. Heaters in every room which was great on the cold night. Netflix on the main tv just had to log on which was a nice bonus.

The park like surroundings were lovely and the cottage was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The receptionist upon arrival was very friendly and although we didn't need anything extra, I feel that they would have been very accommodating.
For the middle of winter in Beechworth I felt the bedding was poor. A summer doonah with a very light bed spread. The two extra blankets provided barely fit the bed and slid off during the night. If the doonah had been more generous, I would have rated the stay higher.

The property was large, very comfortable, quiet, very well appointed, efficient heating in bedrooms and living area, great facilities. Hosts had thought of everything.
We stayed for three nights but it would be great for an extended stay as there is a washing machine and dryer, great outdoor space, BBQ.
No complaints at all.
