The place was huge and the staff was friendly.

I would definitely not class it as LUXURY. The bathroom which was shared between the 4 people staying in the twin & double rooms had no door on the toilet & no lock on the bathroom door. This is unacceptable for a shared bathroom. There is no reason why a bolt lock could not be fitted up high on the door. The twin beds were extremely lightweight & moved across the floor far too easily. They were unstable & tipped over if you sat on the edge of the bed. On the first evening my husband got out of bed during the night & ended up on the floor with the bed frame on its side & the mattress beside him.
Other things to note: there is no mirror in the twin room or double room. The decor: frames with no pictures in & previous water damage are not LUXURY. The description of the property states 1 double room with en suite & 2 twin rooms. We booked it on this basis. There was actually 1 double room, which was disappointing & not what we booked.
The double bed was very hard and not comfortable.

very well located near many Metro stations. 10 mins from placa Catalunya. Shopping and eating district all in walking distance. The appartement is well fuinished with all the commodities needed for a week long stay.

The owner Pepi who met us is such a lovely kind man! He gave us a great restaurant recommendation La Flauta. The location is great and easy access to everything you need. There is an Aldi opposite. The apartment is very spacious and quiet.
We found the apartment in some areas to be quite dated in certain areas especially the kitchen and some of the furnishings. It could do with a little bit of updating to have the decor match. I would not say it is ‘Luxury’. In the back bedroom the large blue pillow cases were not fresh as the white ones. The plants also need replacing on the balcony.

Good location and the person who met us was very nice and helpful.
The pictures do not represent the current status as the apartment is very dated and in need of refurbishing. The temperature control on the main shower is broken and difficult to control the temperature. We were woken one morning at 6am to what we thought was an animal scurrying across the bedroom floor. When then realised it was a small dog upstairs when we heard someone walking on the floor. It sounded like both were in the room with us and that was the end of our night’s sleep.

We had a great stay for a long weekend. Location is excellent - walking distance for the most part and otherwise not more than a 10 minute taxi ride away. Apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds). Note that the beds are a bit on the short side so if you are 1.90M+, it takes a little getting used to but the beds are otherwise fine. Very convenient that there is a supermarket across the street and some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is large with a lovely balcony with really nice views. One of the bathrooms had a rain shower that was just amazing!
Some of the furniture was very old and not in the best condition. One of the glass sliding doors to the balcony couldn’t be locked. I don’t think it was unsafe because of how the balcony was placed, but it felt a little unsettling not to be able to lock it.

Great location near to La Rambla main street and Universitat metro station, plus easy access for Aerobus to and from the airport. Apartment was a lovely size, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Spacious setting with nice balcony. Plenty of room for 4+. Decorated very well. Temp control worked well. We were not there much throughout the day. Beds were comfy. We were two couples and the two separate bathrooms was a plus.

I liked how spacious it was and the location. It is nicely decorated and the host gave us good tips on where to go out for dinner.
We were not told that we needed to pay one part in cash if this was said before we would have been ready to pay that part in cash. At the end, the host made an exception for us which was nice from him. In addition to this, the sink from one of the bathrooms was broken and had an unpleasant smell.

The apartment was nice and big. It was clean and has good air conditioning. The terrace is a great addition and is in walking distance to all the main parts of Barcelona. It is opposite an Aldi which is very handy and has some nice cafes and bars just on the door step.

The apartment is huge and really well located. You can walk to most of the major sites within 20-30 mins or the nearest metro is only 10 mins walk away. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was very clean. There is a Aldi opposite which was also super convenient. As the apartment looks out over the centre of the block there is next to no street noise and nothing to speak of from other apartments either.
Some others have commented that the owner doesn't speak English but we had no problem with that on arrival and she was helpful and friendly. Also great communication before and during our stay.
It wasn't a problem for us but the apartment is on the seventh floor and you really need to take the lift up to it especially with luggage. I don't think this is mentioned in the description. The lift is perfectly fine but rather small and old fashioned so the apartment might not suit those who aren't keen on lifts.

Everything we liked as information was true about the apartment. Location and ALDI store opposite the apartment building made it super easy. Restaurants, and central street La Ramblas was walkable. Overall a very good place to be at.
Owner should learn some English. Or alternatively, use some printed process to explain about the apartment.

Great central location, in a quiet neighbourhood. There were views of Tibidabo and la Sagrada Familia from the balcony. We found some fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as a bakery, and there is even a supermarket across the street.
We were within a reasonable walking distance of Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, Espanya and more. The metro was even closer, with only three stops to la Sagrada and the funicular to Montjuic and the Miro museum.
The apartment was beautifully clean, with two bathrooms and three large bedrooms, and a big, light, brand new kitchen with top of the range appliances, including a dishwasher.
We had an amazing time!

Beautiful property a few blocks from the plaza universitat. Could walk to most destinations. The apartment also had everything we needed, including very fast wifi.

Location is just superb. 15 minutes walk to Pl Catalunya and to La Pedrera, 30 mns walk to Pl Espanya .
I would not use the word "luxury" when describing the property))) But the apartment is really huge compared to what one would usually get in BCN (I have been to BCN about 9 times now so I have got quite a comparative base). The kitchen-living room is really big. There are 4(!) bedrooms fitting 7 adults. There is a spacious balcony, which can fit up to 6 people. Although the view is at the inner side of the quarter - not a lot of fun, still you can see Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo temple from the balcony because it's actually on the 8th floor)))
It would be more convenient if the host spoke at least some English. We had certain issues caused by that. But everything sorted out nicely eventually.
