Had a great stay in this townhome. Right on the beach so perfect for all the naps with little ones

Make sure you ask if the AC unit has been replaced or updated before you book! It was a nice property but by early afternoon the temperature in the unit was up to 78 degrees. The property management team was easy to communicate with and after 3 calls they sent a repairman who admitted it couldn’t be fixed without replacing the whole unit. Luckily he showed us how to reset the compressor which my husband had to do at least once per day throughout the rest of the week. They did bring some fans, but with temperatures in the upper 90’s they weren’t very helpful.

One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at in Sunnyside. The beds were super comfortable. We had enough toilet paper etc that lasted the whole stay. Everything was clean and decor was nice and up to date.

We rented with VRBO for our first ever family beach vacation and this place was amazing. It was super clean, family friendly and a beautiful property right on the beach.

Updated townhome, great balcony’s overlooking the beach. Comfortable accommodations with basics for cooking at home with pots, pans & cookware. Mgmt company very responsive & easy to communicate with. Great set up for adult couples each bedroom has a full bath. Wish the TV’s were SMART so we could stream… but good cable selection available. WiFi strong enough to support working remotely. Great location, far west side of PCB, only 10 minute drive to Rosemary. 25 minute drive to ECP airport. Grocery stores / CVS within a mile of the townhouse.

Stayed in another unit 2 years ago. This unit was laid out much better. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 18 month old child. Will be renting again.

The townhouse was really nice and we loved the decor! You can’t beat walking out your back door onto the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

This is an awesome property! Better than expected. It’s right on the beach. Plenty of room and very nicely decorated! It’s been updated and has everything you need. The check in process was so easy. The experience was great and we will be back!!!

We have stayed in this unit for three years because of the location. It's on the beach and usually not busy. We had an issue with the air conditioner the first night (it was blowing hot air) but we couldn't get ahold of anyone once we checked in. I reset the breaker the next morning and the air became cold. The only real sad thing was "June Grass" which is apparently " a thing" in Fl. It was the first time we have ever seen it and it's gross (to me). I don't like getting in the ocean with all that gross stuff, but there were a few days in the morning there wasn't any around our location. Other than that, the unit it nice and the perfect location for our family with small children.

This is our second year staying at this property with another family with young kids. It’s a great location close to things to do or perfect for spending the whole day at the beach. Property stocked with essentials and clean. One thing we sorely missed this year is a vacuum (last year there was one) so we can keep the condo clean while we stayed. A short broom and pan doesn’t cut it for a beach condo when you are battling sand. Other than that, we love the condo and hope to come back again!

Exactly as described. Spectacular views during the day and especially at sunset. A quiet haven lending itself to a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Exceptional cleanliness. Furnishings very comfortable. Would book this property again.

Most everything we needed was there. The outside of complex appears to be pretty old and weathered. The parking situation is less than ideal and nerve-wracking driving into. We weren't sure we would clear the ceiling and I'm sure there are some vehicles that can't. We were disappointed with the furnishings on the patio. Table was very uncomfortable and seats were very small. My 6'3 husband could barely fit in the chair. We weren't able to enjoy the patio at all. Access to the beach was great and wasn't overly crowded at all. The ice machine downstairs has a leak and the whole garage was soaked. No one notified us so I called about it. Maintenance told us to just turn it off. It was not fixed while we were there so we weren't able to use that for our coolers which would have been nice.

Property was as described, right on the beach, conveniently located by Publix and Winn Dixie. Pots/pans available but bring storage containers if you plan to store leftovers. Regular coffee pot, bring filters and coffee. There is an additional ice maker on the first floor with the washer and dryer, very handy. For filling coolers on your way down to the beach. This unit is the furthest from the pool but it's not a bad walk. Overall, a nice place to stay with teenagers!

Wish we could have stayed longer! The beach was quiet and calm, no crowding. The town home was well furnished and comfortable. We drank coffee each morning looking at the ocean from the back patio, and played on the beach each evening as the sun set! We will definitely return.

The unit was exactly as described! Everyone had their own space and it was very clean . The kitchen was well stocked and access to and from the beach was great . We had everything we needed and will definitely stay again !

This property was great for our family of 5. The location was perfect; you can't beat right on the beach. The public beach access next to the house is a non-issue; there was no noise and the community boardwalk is gated off from it. Our friends came to visit and have already booked the place for their next vacation!

Our family of 8 loved this property! So close to the beach you didn’t have to pack the whole kitchen for a day on the beach! Just walk back and eat! Very clean home well stocked with beach toys, wagon and chairs. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect and made it so easy with kids to get to and from the beach. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Excellent location on the west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoyed the quiet beach atmosphere. Rental was exactly as described, immaculately clean, plus more.

Our family loved this beautifully decorated condo just steps from the water. Immaculately clean & freshly painted. Gorgeous sunrise & sunset from the decks. Great service from management company. Range in kitchen not working properly & they replaced with new one in 24 hours. Every bedroom has private bath & bedrooms are spaced apart for total privacy & quiet. This unit is on the west end of the most westerly building of the complex. We never heard any noise from other condos. The air conditioning was amazing. We didn’t need it much of the day as the unit is well insulated. The only downside to the complex is parking, if you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles (SUV or pickup) & the garbage & pool are a 4 block drive or walk at the east end of complex. Also, there are a lot of stairs to climb both inside & outside condo. None of these issues were a problem for us, but might be if someone has a mobility problem. We highly recommend this location on the beach as it is relatively quiet & there are no highrise buildings nearby.

My partner and I were checking out this location for future visits to the beach with our 4 kids. This is perfect1 We have younger children that still need supervision to go to and from the beach/house when they need something. The home is right on the beach, so it's a short walk to and from the location. We absolutely loved the lack of people from high rise condos, which was another reason we chose this home. The starter amenities were perfect. We had to leave early because of the hurricane, but overall our stay was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely return!
