4 adults and 3 youngsters in town for a central Florida vacation. Kids rooms were nicely decorated - one for boys and the other for girls. Other 3 room (only used 2 of them) had all we needed. Owner hints very much appreciated. The few issues we had were handled as quickly as could be expected (bugs, but it's Florida, and exterminator there same day, plus washing machine was awaiting parts, but up and running by day 2). Our only suggestion would be to put up black out curtains on at least the 2 rear bedrooms, especially useful on our sleeping in days.

The home looked just like the pictures, nicely decorated and in a convenient location to Seaworld and Aquatica in case you are not looking to go to Disney.The pool and waterslides at the clubhouse was just enough thrill to prepare for the waterparks in the area. There is a Walmart less than a mile a way. We had one slight issue with the wifi which prompted us to call management. The property manager was super helpful and helped us get the wifi up and running in less than 5 minutes. The owner was in touch and gave clear directions on how to check in and how to contact her if needed. The pool is not labeled as far as depth, I would definitely suggest an adult check the depth before letting less skilled swimmers or little children in to ensure they have floats or vests. Highly recommend this location. The home was well maintained and had all the amenities described in the property’s write up. My grandchildren loved the Disney theme bedrooms. Finally, it was a very short drive to the theme parks.

Myself and my family were all very pleased with this rental ! It was very clean, which was important to us as we have a small child. I can not say enough about Cynthia, she was wonderful, I had a lot of questions and some requests and she answered all in a very efficient manner ! There was literally only one thing I’d like to see fixed , it was the patio door lock , it didn’t work , however the safety latch worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay- no surprises, everything we expected. The house was exactly what we needed and the proximity to Disney and Sea World was great. We would stay there again.

We found the house was clean, well equipped & comfortable, centrally located to Disney Resorts & Universal Studios and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. The private enclosed pool and tub was enjoyed by all and the resort pool water slides and rec area was a bonus as was the short drive to local shopping. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if travelling with our family of 10.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the second time we stayed at Windsor Hills Resort. This home was spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. Each had their own bedroom. All agreed the beds were super comfortable. Cynthia is an excellent communicator and helped us above and beyond when we had an issue with a lost item. This home is super clean, and a perfect location! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this home with a great location to all the parks. The pool was great and we loved the water park that was part of the complex. However, we were very disappointed with the lack of basic necessities. It came with absolutely no cleaning supplies and yet requested we keep the place nice and clean for for future guests, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a tiny bar a hand/bath soap, only two dish washing pods, no laundry soap, not even salt and pepper. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the last 5+ years and were completely surprised. Not that we expect a full week's supply but with a full schedule the first day after a late night check-in, it was difficult to manage without these basics. The place could use a good deep clean. We found a dead gecko under one of the beds and a used but not clean child's potty chair in one bathroom.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at the property. The home itself was as described and close to all attractions, including grocery stores and shopping.

Everything was comfortable and the messages all around the house helped. It was clean and when I needed something it was addressed immediately. Would stay here again . Thank you !

House was perfect size and very close to Disney. Pool and spa were awesome. Grandchildren loved the water park.. they were a little upset that that there was no gaming system as advertised, joy stick on arcade not working correctly so we really did not use the game room at all.

We had a good stay. The house is as listed. It was set up really well for young kids. It was close to everything. The private pool is fantastic.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the parks or just want to hang out with family and friends. Great pool in back yard and hot tub also nice big pool in community with water slides

We had an amazing stay with our family and our friends family. We had more than enough room so everyone had personal space. The private personal pool and hot tub was a game changer. The adults were able to have their coffee in the morning while the kids swam in the pool. Everything is a short distance to walk to. We played basketball while we were there after we bought our own ball for $20. However, you can rent them at the clubhouse, but they are $15 for 3 hours. We went to Disney Springs and Disney Board walk which were close by and free admission. The strollers that are at the house to use were a great asset while going to the other Disney parks. We were able to have one other vehicle come is as guests per day. The property manager was very easy to contact and also quick to respond. Very helpful and I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and had everything that we could have wanted.

My husband and four kids had such an amazing time here! Beautiful home, very clean with! Fully stocked with all you could need! The pool snd game room were a favorite! The communication was wonderful and so helpful from the owner! The resort is beautiful and all there are so friendly! We hope to come stay again!

The house was gorgeous. We were close to Disney and shopping. The private pool was so convenient and the community pool and water park were amazing, too. We had a great stay! We'll definitely recommend this place to friends and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 8 nights on our Disney trip. The proximity to Disney properties is amazing. I was very pleased with how short our drives were each day. My only complaint was the lack of basic supplies- no garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap or dishwasher detergent. The fact that we had to go buy that stuff was kind of annoying, but not enough to deter me from staying there again. Perfect place for our family.

All rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath and pool towels have seen heavy use over the years, but were clean.Not sure if this was due to Covid, but here are some suggestions of some "nice to haves":Cooking spray - there are no kitchen supplies other than salt and pepper. Spatula - we tried to bake a muffin mix for breakfast and needed a stirring spatula (they had the cooking pan spatula)Kitchen Trash bags - they supply one bag. We were fine with toilet paper/paper towels. Also, bring laundry detergent! There is none. The stay was really great - we spent a lot of time in the pool and loved the alfresco dining option. It was also nice to not have neighbors directly behind us but a green space. Thank you to Cynthia and Natalie for helping us during our stay! Special shout out to the team at the Grille for providing us with dinner and staples on our first night!!We would definitely stay again, but a car is 100% needed (we were without due to a rental car snafu).

Overall, the house was just what we were looking for with the amenities and location minutes away from Disney. House was super clean and pool was nice and heated. The extra strollers they provided were really helpful. The only areas that could have been better were some of the everyday household items. There was no extra toilet paper other than what was on the roll in each bathroom and there was only one trash bag for the trash service. Other than that it was a great stay! Would recommend.

Great experience, highlights were having so many bathrooms to accommodate two families. With 4 adults and 5 kids we never felt on top of each other. Location to Disney was amazing! My one and only complaint would be the master bedroom bed was really hard.. not a deal breaker at all but would be a nice improvement! We hope to stay again!

Everything was just as listing advertised. Beautiful home, lots of space, awesome pool and spa, and located near all types of shopping areas and restaurants. It was the first time our family vacationed through VRBO, but it won't be our last. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed Thanksgiving 2019 at Windsor Hills!

Our house was roomy and the kids (big kids too) loved the game room. Was really nice to have strollers available for the little ones. IF there were a complaint, it would be that there were absolutely no cleaning supplies. When you fly in you don't carry windex..haha Location to the parks was amazing. I would stay again for sure. Nice gated community.

I stayed at this home with my wife, mother, 3 year old and 1 year old. The multiple first floor master bedrooms were Ideal so my mother did not need to climb stairs. My 3 year old was in absolutely in love with her princess room and all the decor in the house was fantastic. The furniture was in great shape and super comfortable, and having a crib and high chair along with bed rails was super convenient. The game /playroom was also great to have. House has everything we needed. Pool was fantastic. Easy 20 minute ride to Magic Kingdom. Management company and owner were super responsive and easy to deal with. Only nitpicks I would have is there were no music players in living area/kitchen and the TVs were a bit difficult to operate. TV guide hard to find and some channels accessible on some TVs but not others. They didn’t have the ability for Netflix or movie channels which my toddlers are used to. Each room did have a DVD player so if I had brought movies this would have been alleviated. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando!

Owner is great to work with, so helpful! I loved the extra items provided like kids toys and strollers. We had everything needed for an awesome Disney experience.

This was a trip to take the grandchildren to the Disney parks for the first time. When the grandchildren walked into their themed bedrooms the "magic" began! This 5 bedroom 5 bath house was perfect for us. The children loved the pool and play room although we never did figure out how to turn on the air in the playroom. They also really loved the community pool and water slides. I wish we would have had one full day at the community pool because they loved it so much. Sometimes it's not all about the parks! We love the close proximity to the parks and especially to Walmart. Recommend going to Walmart for Disney shopping before paying the park prices. They have a tremendous Disney section. Thank you for such awesome accommodations.

This property had everything we needed for our family of 5 adults and 2 children and it's close to the Disney Parks (15 to 20 minutes). House was clean, spacious and well equipped for preparing meals. Kids loved the private pool as well as the gated community's water park with it's 2 water slides, large pool and a splash pad! There's a 24 hour Walmart 3 minutes up the road as well as lots of chain restaurants nearby. Only negative was that the quantity of cleaning supplies on hand was really inadequate, a situation that the owner promised to address for future guests.

Loved the dual master bedroom on first floor. It was really nice that EVERY bedroom had a full bath attached. Would definitely stay again and recommend!
