Location is perfect. It is as shown on the photos right next to the beach. You can walk to the other bar restaurants that are by the beach in under 5 min. Place is clean and the owner is very nice person who did everything to make our stay nice.

the older man that works the night shift was very nice.

a bit pricy. They didn’t run the generator every time there was a power outage, only in the evening and ac had to be off during generator operation.

The location and room view

If you are looking for some tranquility can be a little bit noise from the bar downstairs. But on the other hand, more close to the city center is even noisier

Clean and spacious room with a beautiful view, very nice personnel, sun beds and towels included, good breakfast

Breakfast was fantastic fruit and Sri Lankan omelette and location right on the beach

Location is second to none.

Extra loud sound pollution from neighbors (they call it music) from 9.00 pm to midnight. Prepare ear buds or whatever.

The view from balcony of top floor is the best we had during all our trip in Sri Lanka. Room was charming and bed is really confortable. We kept balcony’s door always open and there were no mosquitos. Ocean breeze is much better then AC.

No place to park scooter.

Great villa right on the beach. Free sunbeds. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. Great breakfasts, nice view from beachfront balcony.

Weak WiFi connection not a problem when you have local sim card with data.

Really nice staff, good food, located on the beach and good location for day trips. The staff is overall really helpful with anything you need.

A bit noisy in the evenings because of music. So if you are someone who wants to sleep before midnight this is something to keep in mind.

The staff are wonderful and the location is great - right on the beach with shops and restaurants all around. The bed was comfortable.

We liked the property's location, it is not only on the beach but also within a walking distance to the main street. The beds were comfy, and breakfast was okay.

It was a bit expensive for what you get in comparison to other properties during our travel. Also, as there are restaurants nearby, it was quite noisy at nights.

The parking was terrible There is mould issues in the room The staff seem very lazy, There is so much spring cleaning they could be doing but they all sit on their phones majority of the time The bed makes such a noise when you just sit or turn over. When we left we had an issue with the guy who drives their vehicle, he was so rude to my husband, he wouldn't move out the way so we could move the car closer to pack our bags. gave us such attitude.
