The view is gorgeous, the owner Spyros helps with everything and the neighborhood is quite calm

Hard to get there without car and taxis are trying to take mpney off of tourists

First of all, it must be said that Spyros is the nicest man in the whole Peloponnese. You can ask him anything, he will do it for you. Particularly hospitable. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bed of excellent quality. The balcony is ideal for a sunny breakfast. The apartment is located in a working-class area in the village of Verga, close to Kalamata, 5 minutes drive from the extensive boulevard. You experience a lot of what happens in such a neighborhood. A special experience. The people make noise during the day and the dogs at night... Thanks to the good sound insulation and the comfortable bed, you can sleep through everything. A tip for a trip: park the car at the beginning of the Kalamata boulevard, close to Verga, and walk to the harbor at the end of the boulevard. Then turn right and walk through all the shopping streets until you reach the castle (a few hours later). Fantastic view. On the boulevard are many nice eateries for lunch or a late-evening meal. Another tip: drive to Areopolis by car and visit a few villages along the way. Special driving and walking experience. Minimarket and deli 3 minutes walk from the property.

Everything was good.

The apartment is in a beautiful position looking over the sea - amazing sunsets. It is peaceful in a village atmosphere - very good friendly minimarket nearby too. There's a quiet pebbly beach in a short walk and the amazing Kalamata beach in a short drive. Spyros is so friendly and helpful. You will have a lovely time here.

There is nothing we didn't like. We LOVED the swimming pool and we were so comfortable in the apartment. The site is equally good for adults and also families.

Mr. Spyros is a lovely host, very forthcoming and welcoming! The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely fabulous!

Great location. Warm welcome and good beds. The outside pool is also great.

The bubble bad "jacuzzi" is not warm... important to know if you visit it when the weather is not that good. (It is not mentioned)

The host was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for our stay around Kalamata. The host was personally present during the breakfast, ensuring that we had everything and also to provide some social ambiance. The pools and jaccuzzi were readily available for the children to use and they enjoyed it, even though we visited in month of November. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nothing really stands out, except for running out of warm water. At the same time it needs to be noted that we are a family of 7 people.
