Es gab viel Platz für vier Personen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Viele Mütter werden verstehen, warum das eine Erleichterung ist. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es gab für jeden einen Satz frischer Handtücher. Außerdem war von allem genug für die ganze Woche da, wie zum Beispiel Toilettenpapier oder Spülmaschinetabs, und nicht nur, dass es für 2 Tage reicht. Hat man dem Eigentümer vorher früh genug Kennzeichen und Modell seines Autos mitgeteilt, konnte man direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken. Überhaupt hat sich der Eigentümer im Vorfeld oft gemeldet und alles erklärt, war auch immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder hin.

Teppichboden: Es gab sehr viel davon. Ich mag es nie und nirgendwo. Es riecht komisch. Esstisch: es gibt in der Küche einen kleinen Tisch mit Hockern und im Wohnzimmer einen Tisch mit Stühlen. Im Wohnzimmer lag Teppichboden und deshalb wollte ich dort mit den Kindern lieber nicht essen aus Angst, sie könnten Sauerei machen. Außerdem waren die Stühle sehr wackelig. In der Küche saß man auch nicht so gemütlich, man musste immer den Mülleimer verschieben, um die Hocker rauszuziehen. Die Hocker waren auch noch viel zu hoch. Man hat einfach zum Essen nirgends gemütlich gesessen. Es war aber nicht so schlimm, dass ich deswegen nicht mehr hin wollen würde.

The flat is spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. Parking is plentiful and arranging a permit was exceptionally easy thanks to the prompt response of the owner. The flat is on the periphery of Folkestone but within easy walking distance of the city centre, harbour etc.

Very cozy and loved by the owners house, everything was great and better than expected. A landlord named Rob was very kind enough to provide us with a parking space and bought a new TV remote. And I was also pleased with a bottle of wine and a full set of tea and biscuits

We have just returned from a great week in Sandgate. It was just what we wanted, easy to park outside, grab our cases and settle in to a homely enviroment with views of the Sea and a nice welcome pack. Warm and clean with space to move and I can tell the owners know how to do things just right so ticks all the boxes. There are nice walks on your door step simply crossing the road takes you to The Leas and then down to Folkestone Harbour, the Saga park path across from the garden and Sandgate town is just a stroll.
