Great location, plenty of space. Designated parking space.

One set of doors leading to a seating area didn’t open. The hob was a little temperamental. The toilet is very close to the wall and the bathroom was a bit smelly. From reading the guest book, these things have been mentioned a lot over a number of years so it’s a shame they haven’t been sorted. Having said that, we still enjoyed our stay.

Immaculate, spacious, well appointed, netflix, great location, good sleep, quiet and comfy bed.

Very good accomadation. Well equiped. Very comfortable. Excellent location.

Information about key collection and location of entrance to property was not very helpful. Position of car parking not obvious. Appeared to be in gated compound, but was located outside compound. Keys and door locks caused a problem. Main door jammed locked from inside and had to be opened from outside. Lounge patio door lock didnt work. Neihbour was most unhelpfull and rude whilst we were very stressed tryng to locate keys, propery entrance and parking space.

Unfortunately, we only had 3 days as one member was taken unwell and returned home Tuesday morning, Mr Carns was informed of the situation. We are hoping to rebook it later in the season. Excellent base for Porthmadog and surrounding attractions.

No towels provided! This should be stated on the booking.com description and not hidden in the myriad of emails. Arrive in the light. Although centrally located can be fiddly to find and access keys. Bathroom functional and clean but dated. TIny sink

Great location for Porthmadog. Local Red Lion pub was fun. Ship Inn great fun and friendly. Amazing Steak Pie. Yr Hen Fecws restaurant was excellent for birthday celebration.

Overall we had a lovely week. Well equipped with just a few minor observations. Bath slip mat to small. We all struggled getting out of shower. Washer dryer complicated. Sea gulls feed by neighbouring house (local citizen) caused noisy am & pm moments.

Central location, huge amount of space, very well equipped. Appliances were good and worked well. We have nothing negative to say about the apartment.
