Outstanding customer service from the team managing these apartments. My apartment had a fantastic location - in the old town, on Toompea hill, only steps from two of the city's best viewing platforms.

Large apartment in the very heart of the old city. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, sauna. Everything very clean. Kitchen and living room very spacious. Parking lot was provided. Self check-in with codes and key safe was ok.

Stair to the upper floor steep. So we left our suitcases in the lower floor and so everything was fine though.

There are few properties that can earn a perfect rating, but I truly believe that Tallinn City Apartments (abbreviated 'TCA') is one of them. Being a foreigner in Tallinn, I was able to communicate with the TCA staff (Alena and Lilia) about the many different needs that I had, and they were always happy to assist me in finding what I needed. Beyond the amazing staff, the location was fantastic, right within Old Town, and is no shortage of things to do here whether you are a solo traveler, or traveling as a family. I have stayed in other TCA properties before, and they are always clean, and stocked with amenities. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Before check-in you need to fill in a form for every guest and have pictures of both sides of ID and also selfie (for every of 6 guests it was impossible and draining) Facilities weren't in a good condition, some of them looked untended Not enough plates and table-ware for guests Rooms were very old and

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The sauna was great and the location at the top of the old town was peaceful and central enough for us. They were very flexible and helpful re luggage and check in - and the beds were comfortable!
