Se nota mucho que a Giovanni y su esposa les gusta lo que hacen, ponen mucha dedicación, atención y detalle a todo. Nos dejaban todos los días una cápsula de café por persona para tomar, la heladera funciona de 10, está excelentemente ubicado. No tengo más que buenas referencias. Giovanni siempre atento a todo lo que necesitabamos

Great location could walk to Gregoriana and d'Este, friendly check-in, simple but nice breakfast option in the room.

Shower didn't have warm water, but thought it was too late to contact them about it so I'm not sure if we just did something wrong.

Giovanni host is fabolus person. Very pleasant and helpfull. We recomend this apartman

The location was ideal, right in the heart of adorable Tivoli and within a short of everything, including restaurants and Villa Este. Our room was charming and cozy, in a historic structure that was loaded with character. Some of the features that stood out most were the high ceiling and the marble staircase.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom is an interesting room with a very high ceiling, on the top floor of an old house full of character, located near the center of Tivoli. Breakfast is provided in the room. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, and there's a good air conditioner in the room. We liked the roof-top terrace. Giovanni is a very friendly, helpful host. He seems to know everyone in the neighborhood, and introduced us to them as he helped us to bring our bags up from the car when we arrived.

Things to be aware of, not all negative: Parking was about a 7-minute walk from the house, down the twisty narrow streets, and Giovanni was nice enough to meet us so he could guide us to the parking spot and help us with our bags. There are three steep flights of stairs to get to the room. Based on the Booking.com description, we thought there would be a kitchen, because the property description says "The studio also includes a kitchen." However, we didn't pay attention to the fact that we were booking the double bedroom, which only had a small fridge, and a kettle, a coffee machine and a milk steamer/frother, on top of the fridge. There was also a toaster on a shelf. There's a small table, with 2 stools, where the breakfast items were left in a basket. Two sandwiches with a slice of ham and one of cheese were left for us, wrapped in plastic, in the fridge, as well as milk, orange juice, yogurt and bottles of water. The (plastic wrapped) breakfast rolls and other food were replenished each day at 10am. There is no closet or drawers for clothing, only a free-standing rack with hangers and two shelves at the bottom for suitcases, which you can see in some of the photos. We were only there for two nights and didn't unpack our bags at all.

With a very friendly host and nicely located in historic centre of town opposite the dome and with a very nice rooftop terrace. Room was good and quite. The breakfast is do-it-yourself in the room but the products have been o.k. for that.
