Such a beautiful place to stay! Loved the house and yard. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Beds were comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again.

The house us gorgeous! We had 18 (including 4 children ages 16 months to 7). There was absolutely plenty of room. The kitchen was gorgeous, the pool was gorgeous, and everyone loved it and want to come back! No one thought about turning on any of the many tvs!

The house was great. We had one glitch with a thermostat which they fixed immediately once I contacted them. Everything was clean. It accommodated our large family including 6 grandkids ages 8 and under. High end appliances. The pool and spa were a good size, clean and heated nicely. We enjoyed our evenings around the fire pit and also enjoyed the putting green. We would recommend this house and if we're ever back in the area, we would rent it again.

This house was perfect. Tons of space and the backyard is beautiful. Close proximity to everything and checkin/checkout was easy. Will be staying here again in the near future.

I stayed here with my large family for Dads birthday. Had a great time home was good and had plenty of room for our large group. The team at Travlr was very helpful and definitely made our stay better.

"My party and I had such an amazing time. Home is so spacious, full of comfort, and totally worth the price. Everything was clean and organized. Pool stayed warmed due to the weather being 110 degrees. There was more than enough space for my party of 10 to find a comfortable bed. Bathrooms were fully stocked. The house overall was fully stocked with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Cons- Vents were a little loud at night. The AC came on and the vents were a little louder than expected so it woke some of us out of our sleep. FYI- You shouldn't put your bags on the floor. We found 2 scorpions inside the house on the second night. Also, please be careful exiting the driveway. The retaining wall is at a slope and I turned too soon and dented my car pretty bad. I can tell it's been done before from the previous repairs it has and the tire marks. Overall I would honestly say the house is amazing and will definitely allow you to create memories."

This house is stunning! Thirteen people fit comfortably with room for more. Great backyard that is perfect for entertaining. Host was very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. 10/10 would rent this house again!

"My friends and I booked this stay as a little staycation/reunion and we had an incredible time! I'm always wary about booking places with adults especially when some of us have young kids (under the age of 5) but this place was beyond amazing. The home was exactly as pictured and as described. As mentioned by another reviewer, don't be put off by the room with the bunk beds. Initially I wanted to avoid that room with my kids, but in the end I chose to be in that room because the beds were so big! Enough for me to sleep alongside both my kids plus plenty of bathroom space! And the biggest plus for some of our families was the game room. The host had a little arcade, tall enough for a small toddler to simply stand and play. They may not know how to play it sometimes, but it kept them entertained! And we moved the chairs over so that the kids could also play with the foosball table. The kitchen was large enough for us to all cook together, eating the entire day, spent plenty of time outside in the pool, and even made time to quickly do s'mores (yes, in 90+ degree heat...just had to do it! haha). Highly recommend this place, enjoyed it so much that our friends talked about making this an annual event. Would definitely love to come back again! Thank you Jen!"

Truly an amazing property and trip. Our family fell in love with this house. There was space for everyone to be together and to find quiet time when needed. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for our group which ranged in ages 11-60. The location provided easy access to so many places in the Indio/La Quinta/Palm Springs area. TRAVLR made the entire process from booking, property information, check in, questions during the stay, and check out seamless. We would give far more then 5 stars if that option was available. "We have been going to Palm Springs for several years and this is by far the best home we have ever stayed in along with the best management company we have worked with. This is the perfect set up for a multi-family group, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and privacy for all. The separate casita is really like a separate home but not too far from the main house. The pool is the ideal size and has seating built in so everyone can relax and cool down while being in the pool. It is also a salt water pool which made it so pleasant for all day (and all night since it was so warm) use. The kitchen was completely modern and clean and has everything you need. Jen and her team are extremely responsive and helpful. My brother even forgot a personal item and her staff found it and made it easy for us to have it sent to us. We would love to have our family come back and stay at this home and to work with Jen again."

Beautiful property, exceptionally well managed and clean! The size is perfect for a large group. The kids loved the pool, the bbq area and firepit outside are amazing hangouts. Loved everything about this place and I actually cried when we left!

Incredible experience booking Royale with TRAVLR. Everyone was super responsive, informative, and helpful. The house was nothing short of incredible. Plenty of space and rooms for our large group - everyone had a bed! Going in, I was a little worried about the bunk beds, but that room was the best set up going! "Such a beautiful home! Jen was great and quick to respond. The kitchen had everything and more needed to cook and serve 16 people. Plenty of pool towels and plenty of space to lounge and relax. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back soon!"

Overall the house was very good. Cleaning crew could have done a better job before we arrived and there were a couple of plumbing issues we endured (I am sure they would have been repaired had we pushed as the manager was very responsive). Other than that we enjoyed our time at the house. The pool area and BBQ really makes for a great time of being able to lounge around the pool, although the street behind the house has more traffic and noise than we were expecting, All things considered, we would definitely stay there again.
