Staff are kind and efficient. Room is large, clean, quiet (no road noise). Has everything you need: comfy bed, couch, table & chairs, fridge, microwave, large TV. Parking is just outside the room. Outdoor sitting area is nice. And breakfast was yum, well priced and delivered at the requested time.

It would be nice if TV was mounted on a swivel rather than a fixed bracket so that you can don't have to watch it sideways if sitting on the couch. But this is just a detail... everything was really good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The comfort of the bed was outstanding. Staff responsiveness to my enquiries was excellent. And there was real milk for my tea!

It is a motel type facility, which means that you have people walking along the walk way outside your door and often talking loudly. Cars park in the parking bays just across from room doors.

Lovely clean & comfortable hotel, in a convienient location. Good facilities within the complex & room couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic location and staff. Meals in the restaurant were fabulous.

The length of the wait in the restaurant was particularly long. Had to wait 15 mins just to get a drink order and then wait to order our food. Only com pence was the meals were fantastic even if it took an hour from when we arrived.

Great breakfasts

Feels like home - we’ve stayed there many times over the years because our children went to school in Toowoomba. Joanne at Reception is like family! The rooms are a good size, always clean and we like the toiletries that are in the bathroom. We also like the dining room on site - and the menu has been updated since our last visit- delicious food.
