Lovely room, great shower, clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, good selection and cooked fresh.

Breakfast tables would be more personal, rather than one large table where you share with other guests. personal preference

Our room was exceptionally clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable, ensuite roomy with large shower and plenty of hot water and warmth in the radiators. We had a friendly welcome and the breakfasts each morning were delicious, freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. Thank you Suzanne for looking after us so well.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at Dunelm House. Everything was perfect - the rooms were comfortable and clean, the owner was very friendly, the location was spot on. We will certainly be going back there!

Breakfast was excellent

Everything! Spoke to Suzanne on morning of arrival to confirm timing, key location etc. and all very easy. On arrival found parking spot easily and went in. Room was a pleasant surprise - everything there, all working and a small fridge, always very handy. Location wise it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and maybe 10 minutes to the harbour. Breakfast was to a very high standard and great to have all the guests sat around the same table and chatting over breakfast. We'll certainly go back there - thinking on it, perhaps I should give a bad review so there's a better chance of us getting in!

Had to do a few passes up and down the road to find it - signage isn't that prominent in the dark. Yes, I know, I'm scrapping the bottom here......... Easy fix though

We had a wonderful one night stay at Dunelm House on our way to the Highlands, Suzanne was a wonderful host, lovely clean room, very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast to start the day.
