This hotel has a great location near the airport and its exterior design is remarkable for a four-star hotel. The staff is professional, especially "DIANA", the Public Relations Manager, who is very hospitable. At the reception, George from Georgia was very friendly and assisted us with booking our transport to Gudauri. The breakfast selection is varied and Diana ensures that everything is in order. The rooms are well maintained and the housekeeping team makes sure to clean and replace the pillow covers, bed sheets, and towels. We are pleased with the customer service here and the overall neatness of the hotel. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast is delicious. We will definitely come back!

Positiv anzumerken ist, dass das Hotel offensichtlich recht neu ist. Die modernen Einrichtungen und die frische Atmosphäre trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns grundsätzlich wohl fühlten. Es freut uns jedoch, festzustellen, dass das Personal insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, doch bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass uns ein junger Mann in ein Economy-Familienzimmer eincheckte. Auf meine Nachfrage hin behauptete er fälschlicherweise, es handele sich um ein Deluxe-Zimmer. Nach dem zweiten Anruf bei der Rezeption gab er schließlich zu, dass er einen Fehler gemacht hatte, und bot an, uns einige Deluxe-Zimmer zu zeigen. Trotz des Versprechens eines Zimmerwechsels erlebten wir bei der Verlegung jedoch keine Verbesserung. Das neue Zimmer erwies sich lediglich als ein einfaches Doppelzimmer mit etwas mehr Platz. Diese unangemessene Zuweisung eines falschen Zimmertyps hat unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt und entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, die wir an ein Deluxe-Zimmer hatten. Wir waren enttäuscht über die Unannehmlichkeiten und den Zeitverlust, der durch diesen Vorfall verursacht wurde. Darüber hinaus möchte ich auch unsere Enttäuschung über das Frühstück zum Ausdruck bringen. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt.

Nice helping staff, nice breakfast everything else for your daily needs was on walking distance like restaurants, Petrol station, banks, currency change house, Sim card office, Grocerry store. Nice quite location for families. Free parking, definitely recommended.
