There was mould in the air con unit witch made us a bit unwell but other then that all good

The house kipping staff were very nice and did a good job.

No customer service. I stayed 2 months for work, I had to change rooms every week because they didn't want me to stay in the same room. Charged me for extra nights, deleted nights booked. (because the software had decided it). The staff did not even try to find a solution. Fortunately, I have found availability in another hostel now.

Nothing loved

The door at the bottom of the stairs kept slamming when people either come in or out. Maybe you could put a door silencer or slow release door hinge or something. Everything else was wonderful.

Location was good, room was clean and comfortable

We requested to be next to another family we were travelling with and this request was not adhered to. We were 2 mums travelling alone with our children so wanted to be close together. I paid $65 more for the night for the same room and same number of travellers than my travelling companion. There was only soap provided in the room no shampoo or conditioner. I don't mind if this is not provided but it needs to be communicated as only travelled for 1 night and did not bring with me as most accommodation provide a basic toiletries pack
