We stayed for 4 days in this home. We had a family trip to Silverwood. The home was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything! We will be booking again!

This was honestly one of the nicest rental homes our family has ever visited. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with appreciated entertainment extras, and unexpectedly provided hotel-like complimentary convenience items. No effort was spared in making this an enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. We loved it, and would absolutely re-book for any future area trips.

Your home is so welcoming. It had everything you need for a getaway for cooking, bedding, showers and just to be comfy and relax for a getaway. Loved our morning walks through the neighborhoods in the early morning. Central location from stores, breweries, shopping and casinos. Again a very welcoming home to stay at for a get away.

My husband and I visited our son and granddaughter, who stayed with us. The location is excellent and within quick access to surrounding neighborhoods and freeway.
Home was spotless. Very comfy beds and pillows. We would certainly opt to stay again.

This home is even better than the great pictures online! It was beautiful, homey, so clean/sanitized and welcoming to us from our travels. The little touches throughout the home were amazing. Snacks, water, coffee, beach chairs/towels & cooler at the ready. Washer and dryer came in handy during the trip as well as the BBQ and all kitchen amenities and bathroom extras (shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels etc)
We will definitely be back every summer for our track camp in the area.
The hosts are great with correspondence and details.

We loved this house so much the first time that we came back again for another visit!
It’s a really comfortable house - the beds are comfy, the living room has plenty of space for our 3 person family, and the kitchen has enough space for us to prep meals. The owners have continued to invest in the house and it’s so well taken care of. It’s clean, the kitchen is well stocked (we Cook most of our meals at the house), there are plenty of towels, extra supplies (coolers, camp chairs, beach towels) and there’s a grill too.
Plus, nothing in CDA is very far. It seems like the lake, the grocery store, Costco are all about 10 minutes away.
I wish all of our VRBO stays could be this great.

Amazing. The property and home so Clean and they had anything you could need for your stay. The home is so welcoming. Beds are comfy and everything very clean and eazy to find. Great area very quiet and easy access to down town. Definitely recommend this property!

It is obvious that this home is well cared for and customer service is top priority. It was absolutely spotless and the details made me think of a boutique hotel. Items from snacks, coffee and water to extra toiletries and lots of streaming options. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and quiet. Next time we return to Coeur d'Alene we will be booking here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We visit Coeur d’Alene frequently to see family, and I always hope this house is available. I can’t say enough about it: clean, well-appointed, great neighborhood, amazing hosts. It’s the best place by far of all the places we’ve stayed!

What a fantastic property! My husband and I stayed here to visit Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great coffee spot. Thanks to our hosts for that recommendation! The property is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and was well equipped with everything (and more) that we could need. The beach towels and cooler were much appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

You truly couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at. The home is up to date and very clean. It had all of the amenities that could need and more. It is placed in a cute and quiet neighborhood with a couple of parks and trails. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive. When we go back we will definitely try and secure this home again.

So much better than your average rental house!
We stayed here for a wedding weekend at The CDA Resort nearby. We wish we would have had more time at the house to enjoy the BBQ, the peaceful backyard, the ping pong table, and all the movies provided. The house was spotless! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and bath linens were very nice. It was an added bonus to be able to park in the garage. We will keep this place in mind for the next time we are in CDA!

Cozy family friendly home
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in a cute safe neighborhood. The house was comfy cozy and had everything we needed. Brandon was very accommodating and let us check in early so our two little guys could take a nap in comfort instead of the car.
Looking forward to staying again.

This is a very nice and clean home, and it was perfect for us while we were in Idaho visiting family. Great communication with the owners who have taken great care of the house. The home had everything you would need, and we were super comfortable staying there. Cute street and nice quiet neighborhood.

This home was clean with a beautiful yard and a great space in the backyard for barbecuing and just hanging out. Beds were lovely… foam mattresses very comfortable… and rooms were spacious and well appointed. Thoughtful amenities. Great value. We would stay again!
