La localisation du lieu, un parking gratuit à proximité. La double terrasse et la magnifique vue sur la mer avec son levée du soleil. Literie confortable !

We had only 1 toilet paper roll for 5 days, there was no A/C, which can be a huge problem in the summer

Quiet location, perfect for chilling out in the evening. The hosts were very responsive and the property was provided with everything you needed. For anything they didn't have, all you had to do was ask. It was a short walk to the centre of Santa Cruz for tour pick ups, bus stops, restaurants and bars.

Nothing bad to report, although I can imageine with more than 4 people in the property it would be very crowded.

Fantastic location, near Castillo de la Virgen and a few minutes walking to pedestrian city center and beach of Santa Cruz de La Palma. Also fantastic view on the Atlantic ocean. The house and the terrace were very nice, very calm neighborhood and no difficulty to find parking place in front of a local administration building. For those who like sunbathing, the second upper terrace is amazing.

Could be nice to have more hooks or bars to hang towels (but the drying rack on the terrace was ok for the towels) and also a small shelf in the bathroom to place toothbrushes and other products. But this was not a big issue... and we really appreciated staying in La Terraza de Juana !

the apartment is well situated. It is confortable with a nice view on the sea. the beach and city center is at walking distance, even if you have to walk uphill on the return , but it is a googd exercice... At the end it is better to stay in this kind of villa as in an old building of the historical city center, even charming, because you can enjoy the view and the calm while beeing very near the active areas. The price/quality ration was also good. The beach is pleasant, very clean and in front of the old city.

It is not a critic, but all exchanges with the owner were by mail or phone, and it was efficient and OK for us. However, some travellers ( fe elder people ) might prefer a direct human contact.

Surroundings,2 terraces,cleanliness. Been to Island 4 times,always wanted to stay at Terraza. Now it worked.

Little things not worth changing. 😀
