Very comfortable. Exceptional staff. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent food for dinner. I was there for 2 weeks and would gladly stay agin.

Location was good.

When we arrived for our stay room was not ready ( came at 5pm ) , second bed was added to our room but just mattress on the floor! They run out of bed frame!!! Room was dirty, I was scared that crown molding in the bathroom Will fell on my head, shower curtain not long enough - water in the bathroom was everywhere. When my son took shower I couldn’t- no more hot water . I would not stay at this hotel nor would recommend stay at all.

Breakfast was good, staff were very good and helpful. Lower floor rooms are very nice.

Third floor rooms are laid out strangely & there is no elevator.

The location is great since it’s in the city center. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was good.

The bedsheets and towels are old and not white anymore. The service was so slow as it took an hour to serve my meal through room service.
