This property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The furnishings and the location made for perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed the weekend Thurs- Sunday and would have loved another night . Just steps from the beach and restaurants. A kids playground right in the sand at the pier . This duplex unit was super top priority clean . Felt like home away from home . Comfortable big king bed . Kitchen fully stocked with anything you need to cook utensils . AC unit in living room worked perfect . House has 3 ceiling fans and 2 portable floor stand fans . Only downside was the duplex unit rental people next door were night owls coming home each night after 9pm with kids running around on the hard wood floors and parents yelling at them and each other . BUT that was random and we are early birds and probably made them crazy . SO we would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The location of the beach house to Seal Beach was very convenient. All the amenities were as we had hoped. Parking was a plus. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This rental was exactly what we wanted. Affordable, sleeps 4, and the BEACH! The location is absolutely perfect; steps away from the beach and a short walk to downtown.
We love Seal Beach, the last of the quiet beach towns in that area.

Cozy and clean apartment, very near the beach (one block) and restaurants (3 or 4 blocks). Ample cookware in the Kitchen. Ample towels, both bathroom and beach, as well. Pleasant trip despite the chilly weather.

A friend and I rented the property for a wedding in HB and had a blast. The location is super close to the beach and downtown Seal Beach. Also very walkable to Ballast Point in Long Beach.
Comes with everything you need for a short stay, including soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen is nice, but we never got around to cooking.
Check-in was a breeze. Erica was very commnicative throughout the whole process.
Really enjoyed our stay. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

This property is everything we could have asked for and more for our small family of 3. We were just steps from the beach to take our 2 year old for her first time. Only 5 blocks from the town Main Street, pier and park. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable from every corner.

What a wonderful place! Made fun memories with my kids. Steps away from a clean beach with good waves for boogie boarding, life guards and a quaint downtown with great restaurants and unique shops. Nicely decorated, comfy beds and had everything we needed. Thin walls, heard talking from the neighbor unit. We didn’t mind, but I was a little paranoid we were too loud while they slept.

Overall, the property is lovely. Since this is an old house, there are things that need some attention related to the plumbing; for example, dripping faucet in the kitchen and slow moving drain in the bathroom. It appears to me that someone needs to be more carefully checking the condition of various parts of the house. Erica was very responsive when I pointed out problems but they couldn’t be addressed while we were there. We would stay there again but I might want someone I know to do a check before I made reservations.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The home is clean and the location perfect. We had loud neighbours and the walls are thin though. Also, we were a bit surprised that we were required to clean our dishes and remove the trash before leaving.

Very cute duplex in a perfect location. Even though it’s a one bedroom the living space with the pull out bed in completely separate from the bedroom by a long hallway creating a two bedroom feel. There’s a parking spot and the ability to register guest cars. My only negative is that the walls and floors are shared with the other unit and you can hear literally everything from walking to sneezing. Noise doesn’t bother me though so I didn’t mind. TV set up couldn’t be easier. I LOVED the location just a couple blocks to main st with coffee shops and restaurants/bars and one row of houses back from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

What a cute apartment in the best part of California! Cozy and quiet neighborhood, the house had all the essentials and was a very close walk to the beach. My little family loved walking to downtown each morning for a coffee and breakfast. We cannot wait to come back to Erika’s place. She was so accommodating even when I tried to convince my husband to let us stay an extra day!

Great for my spouse and me and our 6 and 7 year olds! Clean and cozy! Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Just as advertised. Nice back patio and great parking. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. One minute walk to beach (if that) plus great supply of beach toys/supplies. Five minute walk to Seal Beach’s Main Street. We had a great time and it’s clear that the owners care about the property. Very nice little place! One block from the beach (could hear waves from the bedroom at night, which was so nice) and just a few blocks from the pier and Main Street. My daughters slept in the living room on the fold out couch and my husband and I in the bedroom. We had a lovely stay!

I have stayed in Seal Beach twice a year and always with Erica. Traveling by myself I feel extremely safe in those neighborhoods. Its steps to the beach. Extremely clean. Everything you could need is provided. Erica even went the extra mile for me this last week when the airlines cancelled my flight and I had no place to stay. She dropped everything and did some networking. She and her cleaning people to get me into someone else's VRBO for the night. You cant ask for a better host.

The Beach is right there! 1/3 mile to the pier and Main Street with all my favorite restaurants. The home is adorable and has everything you could ever need! Instructions on parking and entering were spot on and easy to follow.
Would definitely recommend and come back !

The cutest beach house ever! Only 45 seconds to the beach. Cute and quiet neighborhood. Close to all the shops and restaurants! House was equipped with everything and more than I expected! Definitely will stay here in the future!

This was the perfect place for us. Great location to the beach and main streets for shopping and restaurants. Very clean with all the amenities you need. We would definitely love to stay again. Very quaint.

Family Visit
The bedroom is spacious and a very comfy bed. Not a lot of storage in bedroom but, it was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom is somewhat small. As described by owner/manager the toilet can be difficult. I am about 260 and I did manage with a little difficulty. Dining and living room areas were as they should be. What I found to be especially nice was the Roku TV. It was nice being able to sign into your own streaming services. It would be hard to beat the ease of access to the beach and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Taco Surf always has and still rates very high on our scale. Great food and service.

This property is steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to main street seal beach for shops and eating. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. We would stay again!
