Such a great place! Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. Fantastic host, c wait to go back again!

My sister and I used this rental for a bit of a sisters retreat while in town for a wedding. It was the absolute perfect location. Close enough for getting to the action but tucked away from the noise. It was a great layout that also gave the sense that it was larger. Beautifully decorated, clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had one issue with the locks battery and code that while was frustrating initially the host worked to remediate and checked back in that it was resolved. I’d 100% stay here again.

It was good. Second bedroom OK for adults (single bunk above). Security/gate was good as well. Loved the neighborhood and walkable access to restaurants, groceries, and the beach. Wished that the pier wasn't closed.

We loved staying here for our family trip to San Diego. We wanted a place close to the beach but also quick to downtown, the zoo, and even up the coast. This place hit the spot. The rooms were comfortable, the place was very clean, and had plenty of necessities for the whole family. We would definitely look to stay here again for our next trip. It’s also worth noting we were able to walk to dinner every night and had some amazing food.

Stayed here with family in Oct 2023. The place was very clean and very close to the pier and beach. Location is great if you want to walk to restaurants and the ocean. Nicole was easy to work with…my second payment was delayed a bit but she was very understanding. This is very close to the airport but with a ban of flights (going/coming) between 11:30p and 6a, you don’t have any issues. I really appreciate the fact they have ACs in every room. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There is no view to the ocean or beach from the unit we stayed in but you are only like 30 steps away anyway. Comes with parking which was important for us. Overall highly recommended.

Well equipped and pleasing space perfect for our family of five. We were in walking distance of everything we needed and did not get in our car once during our stay. The beach was steps away making it easy to come and go (especially with little ones and potty breaks). Beach equipment was provided as were supplies for our stay. Very nice!

Excellent location. Close to many great restaurants, the pier, and beach. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen space, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, extra blankets, and pillows. Great courtyard space for grilling. Parking space is tight for large vehicles but adequate and a necessity to have in the neighborhood. Neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly.

Thanks for a great stay. The property was perfect for the family and the access to the beach was brilliant. It’s really well set up and has all you need for a relaxing break. Great food and coffee close by (the poke shop and the Cuban bakery absolutely need regular visits!). Whole process was super easy. The parking space is tight for a larger car so be aware of that. But overall just a great relaxed break

Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the sand from this rental location! We had an amazing time with our three kids. The floor plan is laid out in a way which creates space and we loved the air conditioning overhead units on a warm day! So many restaurants and bars within a short walk. Give this place a look!

We had such a wonderful stay and we could have not asked for a better host and location! The communication was awesome with Nichole and anytime there was an issue (very minor issue), it was attended to right away and the issue could’ve easily been attended to after we left. The pictures does no justice and the condo was even better than expected. It accommodated all ages included little ones! You can’t get any closer than this to OB Pier. It was just unfortunate the pier was closed during our stay for refurbishment. Looking forward to staying here again!! Oh ya—comfy beds too!! 🤗💞

Perfect for a girl's trip.

Me, my 11 year old son, my mom, and my cousin stayed here for 5 nights. The condo was perfect for us! We all had our own (comfy) beds and space, and everything we needed. The location was great! We arrived on Wednesday and made it to the farmers market- SO glad we did! Everything we wanted to do was a walk or a short drive away, and it was great to have a parking spot. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Pros- Can’t beat the location- short stroll to coffee, restaurants, shops, the pier, and beach. Key pad lock was so convenient, secure complex, very comfortable beds & pillows, lots of extra towels, beach gear provided, and a toy cupboard for kids. Cons- Refills for paper towels, shampoo, or hand soap would have been nice for our 1 week stay as well as a few more cooking items in the kitchen like a baking pan and full sized cookie sheet. We ended up buying our own toilet paper as well because the 1 ply quality of what was provided was pretty rough. All minor mentions and our stay was great thanks to our accommodations and thorough communication via email.

The condo was the perfect location for us. So many restaurants and shops to walk. The OB Pier was right outside the condo and we walked it everyday so we could watch the waves, surfers and a seal swimming by. The parking spot was much needed as the street parking fills up fast. We could not have asked for more.

Nice place

This place was everything I could've dreamed of. Lots of shops, delicious restaurants, and of course the ocean right outside our door step. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the A/C worked very well. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and responded very quickly every time. I definitely hope to come back, and only wish I could give more stars!

Everything was clean. Beds comfortable. Reasonably well stocked kitchen. Beach towels and chairs provided. Owner was responsive. Check-in easy. Busy neighborhood but quiet. The AC unit in the kitchen/living area did not work and it got uncomfortably warm for a few hours late afternoon. Fortunately bedroom units worked, which helped.

Proximity to the pier and beach is great. Parking spot is tight but makes all the difference from a convenience standpoint.

We enjoyed our stay here and the house is stocked with everything you could need. So nice to heave beach toys and chairs available too for our kids! The neighborhood is cute with a lot of great restaurants and it's easy to walk the pier and/or walk to the beach and watch the surfers. There is even a farmer's market on Wednesday nights set up in the streets and it was happening with great food! We felt safe and liked the low key vibe of the area. We loved our visit here and would definetly book this place again!

Great location in OB. Just a few blocks to nice swimming. Beaches not too crowded. Great restaurants and coffee shops, within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again.

Incredibly clean, very well decorated, comfortable beds and my dream couch! My 9yo and 6yo enjoyed the beach - OB was their favorite of all the beaches we visited by far. So many chill places to grab coffee, donuts, ice cream, a slice of pizza, or some of the best seafood. Amazing location, great host! Would absolutely recommend and will stay again!

We didn’t spend much time in the unit due to our packed itinerary, but it was a cute and well-located home base. Pros: proximity to pier, good shower pressure, comfortable beds, thorough instructions via email that covered all logistics and details + it was nice not to have to keep track of keys! Cons: living room furniture was hard and uncomfortable, parking spot very snug

We had some trouble getting into the coded lock. But, the owner/property manager was available on the phone to help get things straightened out. They lock system didn’t recognize our code but she gave us one that did the trick. We enjoyed our stay, great location and had what we needed.

This was a very comfortable property for our family of 5. The 2 king beds plus a twin was perfect! There were a few games we enjoyed and even a record player that the kids had fun discovering and listening to music. We loved the central location to other areas we visited like LaJolla, Coronado Island and Old Town San Diego. When at the property we enjoyed the short walk to the pier as well as shops, restaurants and the Wednesday night farmers market. The night life around the beach didn't feel totally safe but the property was gated so it wasn't a concern. It was so nice to have an assigned parking space although it was really tight even for our Toyota Camry. We learned pretty quick to have everyone exit the car before my husband pulled in. We appreciated Nichole's quick response when questions came up about check-in and check-out. She is a great host! We would stay here again.

Wow, this house was lovely, very clean and spacious. The property was really well stocked with lots of things to do for all ages, even a toy cupboard for young children (which we didn't require) lots of beach equipment and the kitchen was well prepared to be able to cook at the house if needed. Our host answered any questions quickly. The beach is very close by and really lovely, La Jolla is a short drive and also very nice. Plenty of restaurants, cafe's and shops in walking distance. The only downside (and i really find it hard to find anything wrong!) was that it is in the flight path and the plane were a little noisy, but we were expecting this as only 12 minutes from the airport - which actually made our travel home very easy and relaxed.

Short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and bars. The South Beach Bar and Grill right down the street on the way to the beach has a great happy hour.
