Location was great and properties comfortable. Beds were excellent and generally very clean and incredible warn and cosy. we had a good family weekend. Thank you.

We did not stay in swallows return because it was double booked but Host gave us Tom boys cottage and Wolfscote cottage instead. It worked for us and we just about had room from the 5 of us around the dining table by moving a bit of furniture. Hosts were good and rang us before arriving to explain the situation. The property was a little awkward for us in the we have an elderly dog who struggled on the wooden curved stairs but this feature made the cottage easy to look after. It would have been good to know in advance that they could prepare food we would probably have used this if we had known.

Beautiful views! Excellent access to many great walking trails. Nice and peaceful. Our daughter loved seeing the calves and lambs and the farm dogs. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
