Very comfortable & clean hotel.We arrived earlier than the check in time but because the room was ready the receptionist allowed us to check in early.

Although the continental breakfast was very good, which is included in the price when you book,you have a choice to upgrade to an all English breakfast which is quite a lot more than you would pay anywhere else.

big room and bathroom. very comfortable bed. tea n coffee in room and fridge with nice selection of glasses and cups.

why in gods name do hotel room designers think it’s a good idea to have a glass door on the bathroom. someone goes to the toilet in the night and illuminates the whole bedroom. it’s stupid and very annoying.

The staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed, the bed was very comfortable. Didn't particularly like the 'open' style bathroom - prefer a solid door between sleeping are and bathroom. The restaurant had a sensibly limited menu with good choices, the food tasted fresh, very well cooked and well presented.

We were on a short trip for both relaxation and to pick up some goods from a nearby business so the location was convenient geographically but we wouldn't choose to stay for a vacation. The outlook from the room was onto a busy main road and a truck park. There was a nice secluded outside area to sit and have a drink which would be fine in the summer but not this time of the year. There wasn't a comfortable bar area to sit in to have a drink and the restaurant was separate from the hotel which required a walk across a not very well lit car park

The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are stunning, comfortable and warm. The continental breakfast was enough for me but my family ordered the full English, very impressed and worth paying the extra.

Room was luxurious, immaculately clean and facilities all as one would expect. Helpful staff.

The fact that due to the circumstances of my visit, I could not dine in the restaurant, have had several lovely meals but sadly my poorly mum was not well enough to come out.
